The Role
The Order Management Coordinator will be responsible for selling Thermon products through effective sales strategies and policies to maximize sales and profitability. The Order Management Coordinator will provide a high level of sales discipline and excellent customer service through day-to-day contact with customers.
What You Will Do
- Establish close working relationship with customers to determine their needs and identify other potential applications of Thermon Canada.
- Develop customer accounts: quote prices; secure orders; arrange delivery dates.
- Ensure all customer requirements and expectations are well understood before the order is executed.
- Build a loyal customer base through dedicated customer service.
- Be able to understand the customer's application and provide a solution/quotation to the customer's requirement
- Perform heat and heat loss calculations
- Attend product training courses
- Update and/or make aware to appropriate departments of customer information as it becomes available.
- Expedite customer placed orders.
- Prepare quotations and provide product literature as needed.
- Maintain documentation of customer communications.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Post-secondary technical diploma or degree is an advantage; plus, minimum of three years related experience in the industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of process heating products and heat transfer engineering would be an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment.
- Able to perform in a high-volume, results-focused work environment.
- Able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to quickly learn technical concepts and product applications.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Able to work effectively with minimal direct supervision (i.e. self-motivated).
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems is an advantage.

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role at G&W Electric focusing on customer needs by communicating proactively and effectively with internal and external customers. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing orders assigned to them, up to and including escalations from G&W Electric Inside Sales Support Reps
As a OM Project Manager you will:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with G&W Electric’s key customers by managing their complex projects – this includes technically complex designs, critical customer touchpoints, and business volume
- Lead end-to-end project initiatives to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality project deliverables, hitting milestones, clear documentation, and proactive communication
- Develop project plans including timelines, tasks, milestones, and contingency plans up to and including risk mitigation on agreed upon contracts
- Develop and adhere to a project schedule while tracking progress, monitoring task completion of other teams, and identify at-risk responsibilities
- Show effective and independent project management by identifying at-risk tasks proactively and mitigating or escalating appropriately
- Assist and lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine team’s processes, tools, and overall customer experience
- Assist with onboarding Project Manager I and other team members as necessary
- Consult with various departments within G&W Electric as appropriate to resolve technical and scheduling issues that arise during order life cycle of the order
- Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external customers - serving point of contact for Sales, Operations, and other internal departments
- Work closely with Sales team to support customer/ order activity
- Maintain customer files, including customer’s specific requirements as defined within the team’s protocol including but not limited to ISO or G&W Work Instruction or procedure
- Check approval drawings for accuracy before they are transmitted to the customer
- Liaise with Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and payment where applicable. Request performance bonds through finance
- Ensure all submittal documentation is developed and sent to the end user or sales representative in the agreed upon time
- Order validation and effectively manage design changes after the purchase order is received
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a B.S. Degree within an Engineering, Business discipline or related field
- Technical aptitude required with 5+ years of proven experience in a customer support role (ex: business sales, business development, project management or account management)
- 5+ Years of Project Management/Customer service Experience
- Is expected to have or to be working towards completion of PMP certification (project management certification from PMI)
- Documented ability to resolve issues independently
- Documented ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Expert knowledge in the use of Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
Ideally you will also have:
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards software
- 5+ years of experience working in an operational role within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience within the power industry

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting directly to the Sales and Logistics Manager, the incumbent will assist in the overall running of the Amrize in-house carrier within Atlantic Canada. The role encompasses the day-to-day business operations while helping to budget and plan for its future through the use of data analysis and reporting on the cement market and sales performance. This role manages the transportation needs through Albany and Cement Cartage. The incumbent is expected to travel to local industry events, be involved in customer location visits, meetings at the Brookfield Cement Plant, as well as traveling to our operation located in Havelock, New Brunswick.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Maintain insights on trends, establish data matrices for analytical decisions, and build data dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
+ Ensure freight and transportation relationships and processes are effectively implemented and maintained, balancing cost, service, and customer satisfaction.
+ Develop, manage, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team performance.
+ Participate in studies to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the division.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

+ Familiarity with road transportation, DoT regulations, and the geography of Atlantic Canada.

**The Supply Chain Analyst** supports demand and supply activities across BD-Canada in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Transportation, and Field Service teams. This role is responsible for managing the demand plan (forecast) and supply for designated business segments, while actively participating in key processes such as Demand to Supply (DTS), Business to S&OP (BTS), and Source to Pay (STP) for inventory procurement.
This role operates in a dynamic, real-time environment where the Supply Chain Planner must respond swiftly and effectively to changes, ensuring timely execution of supply chain strategies. By applying continuous improvement principles, the planner meets performance objectives, aligns long-term demand planning with business growth expectations, and drives cost-to-serve efficiencies.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and/or work with components of the Integrated Business Process (IBP) process, which include consensus forecasting, financial planning and product life cycle management.
+ Work in a team environment to optimize the tools and processes that BD is developing in the supply chain.
+ Responsible for following, updating and creating shared Supply Chain related SOPs as needed within an evolving environment.
+ Provide recommendations for the development and implementation of supply chain network and master data changes, which can enhance service and reduce costs. Managing the supply chain will include analysis to make recommendations for changes to the network and sourcing. Act as a business partner to Marketing/Sales.
+ Accountable for maintaining optimal on hand inventory to meet required service levels, in addition to driving reduction of excess & obsolete inventories and providing solutions to decrease write-offs as well as inventory management towards reduction of overstock.
+ Participates in or leading cycle counts and annual inventory audits.
+ Responsible for ongoing analysis, maintenance, and upgrades of SAP/SCM (Supply Chain Management) supply planning.
+ Ensure the supply chain operates to meet the needs of all of BD's customers on a consistent basis. Key performance measures of this include forecast accuracy, backorder, on-time shipment, line fill and DIOH.
+ Regional representative to adopt and apply processes from Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) such as the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, the Sales and Execution Planning (S&OE) process towards operational excellence.
+ Understand the requirements of major internal and external customers and determine how BD's supply chain offering will align with the needs and requirements of assigned BD business units.
**Education and Experience required:**
+ University degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
+ 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role, working within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or the medical device/pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand and optimize supply chain designs.
+ Experience analyzing inventory levels, demand patterns, and supplier performance.
**Knowledge and Skills required:**
