We are looking for a strategic and experienced Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead the change function across a portfolio of global technology transformation initiatives. As a trusted partner to IT and Business stakeholders, you will lead a team responsible for developing and executing change strategies that drive user adoption, support stakeholder engagement, and ensure business readiness.   • Oversee integrated change plans across communications, training, engagement, and readiness activities.

  • Measure and report on change adoption and organizational readiness across programs.

  • Collaborate with executives, project managers, HR, communications, and business leaders to embed change across initiatives.

  • Help cultivate a culture of agility, digital fluency, and change resilience within the I&T department and global workforce.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on technology-driven transformation.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of change practitioners and coordinating external partners or consultants.

  • Expertise in change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) and integration with Agile/SAFe delivery.

Job Summary:

  • Act as a lead Business Transformation Architect/Service Designer to drive the strategic design and implementation of capabilities and components to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, contextual inquiries, surveys).
