Stablecoins & Payments are a core focus for Coinbase and a significant growth pillar for 2025. As the manager of a small team, you will lend your hands-on expertise to all aspects of stablecoins and B2B payments, designing the core experience through which Coinbase delivers stablecoins and payments capabilities to users. We are looking for a designer who understands building great, easy-to-use products for business customers and can balance a crypto-forward perspective with the needs of web2 users.
*What You'll Be Doing*
* Partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive team strategy, product decisions, and roadmap priorities
* Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from vision, ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
* Partner closely with our Design Systems team, to create scalable design frameworks and solutions
* Establish and lead the design function for your product area
* Provide mentorship and design feedback to other design team members

* 10+ years of Product Design experience, including fintech and B2B experience
* Experience managing teams
* Proven track record of successfully leading design function across a product area

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
Education:

Behavioral Skills and Competencies:
The candidate must have the following qualities:
- Experience working for a reputable women fashion brand (Pret brand/ Street wear) or label is highly preferred.
