Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve in a Village facing capacity; supporting initial grievances, investigations, attendance management and WSIB
  • Assist in the interpretation and application of collective agreements
  • Support a learning environment that builds labour relations and human resources capacity in leaders
  • Develop, monitor and analyze metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the advancement of strategic people priorities across the organization
  • Collaborate with the broader People team on operational goals and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Labour Relations, Human Resources or a related discipline is an asset.
  • 2–4 years of experience in labour relations and/or human resources.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and labour relations practices.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.

  • Proven ability to manage large (several thousand) logo portfolio
  • Experience leading a CS or Account Management team in a digital-led or scaled engagement model
  • Proven ability to coach and manage CS/Account Management professionals, especially in structured, playbook-driven environments with dynamic customer engagement.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to coach Account Managers on how to identify value stories, spot expansion signals, and partner effectively with AEs.
  • Operationally observant, with a strong eye for inefficiencies, friction, or process breakdowns — and a collaborative mindset for surfacing improvements that can inform broader systems thinking.

As an Account Coordinator, you will contribute to the day-to-day tasks and workflows alongside the Operations and Account Management teams within a book of business to understand the needs of our partners and athletes and ensure client happiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be located in Canada
  • University or College degree
  • Prior experience in a Customer Service, Sales or Technical Support role
  • Knowledge of the youth & amateur sports industry
  • General knowledge of the hotel industry, brand standards & hotel contracts
  • Friendly, professional and confident nature both on the phone and through email communications

  • Promote Admiral’s security solutions to potential clients, including businesses, property managers, and event organizers

  • Establish long-term business relationships and position Admiral as a trusted security provider

  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements that align with client needs and company objectives

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities

  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field (security industry experience is an asset)

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored security solutions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools

  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (90% on the road)
