Position Summary Position:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to support the Director of Operations at our surgical facility. This key full-time role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and reflecting our core values of Compassion, Quality, Innovation, and Respect. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a background in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Attend client meetings as applicable to the areas in housekeeping and laundry.
- Complete a monthly summary of the completed Compass Quality Assurance Program and submit to the District Manager, Regional Director, Unit Manager and client.
- Active participation in the Health and Safety Committee for the facility.
- Interact with suppliers and vendors as it relates to housekeeping and laundry services.
