Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Generating reports and analyzing data to support various departments within the organization
• Creating support tickets and coordinating with system provider (UKG) to resolve system issues
• Providing assistance to staff with login issues/ password resets
• Ensuring all users have the necessary access and permissions
• Maintaining various reports/ tracking for finance and payroll departments
• Supporting the payroll department with various projects
• Maintain and update employee information in payroll records
• Providing back up administrative support for payroll as needed
• Ad hoc related tasks

Requirements: 

• College or University Education (background in Finance or Economics an asset) 
• 1-3 years experience with UKG Pro an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working experience with MS Excel using advance functions such as generating reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables and merging data from various sources
