+ Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
+ Strong collaboration skills and openness to continuous improvement
+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
+ Life and Health license required within 180 days of joining
+ Availability to travel on as needed basis
+ PEBC Technician exam or PharmD degree preferred but not required

Job Description:

Pillway Pharmacy is looking for a motivated and professional Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team in BC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing top-notch care and service to our clients, with a focus on accurate and efficient medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting product verification/technical check of prescriptions

  • Delivering exceptional customer service, including patient counseling and education

  • Accurately processing prescriptions in a fast-paced environment

  • Managing pharmacy inventory and placing orders for pharmaceutical supplies

  • Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy workspace

  • Adhering to all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies

Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists

  • Proficiency in Kroll Pharmacy Management Software (PMS)

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems as required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy is preferred

  • Flexible to work weekends
