**Qualifications:**
- 2 - 4 years related functional experience

- Must demonstrate ownership & responsibility to run the operation with a sense of urgency

Summary
Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler I performs warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.
Essential Functions
- Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
- Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
- Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
- Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
- Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
Additional Responsibilities
- Candidate must have basic level knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice requirements, if applicable to site.
- Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
- Some locations may require a Motor Vehicles Records (MVR) check as a part of the background screening process to drive a company vehicle as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

The role requires handling products after they are processed on CNC machines, receiving finished pallets and skids, and placing parts into racks. The successful candidate will utilize Excel and Epicor warehouse management software to digitally update production movements.
Responsibilities
Move products from the wash area to designated storage.
Drive the reach truck 50% of the time to store boxes and skids.
Communicate with the afternoon shift supervisor to coordinate material movements.
Check the production schedule and liaise with shippers.
Utilize Excel and Epicor to update production digitally.
Navigate between the wash area, assembly, production (CNC), and staging.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience with reach and counterbalance.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
External Reach and Counterbalance license.
Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Software.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn new software and SKU systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
