ChangeMakers’ Reputation Management internship program gives PR students and recent grads real, hands-on industry experience as members of a talented, collaborative team focused on solutions that help to engage audiences and solve challenges. Our team integrates interns into all day-to-day client activities throughout the four-month internship period, across all of our practice areas. Many of ChangeMakers’ current employees began their careers here as interns and have successfully grown into increasingly senior positions within the firm.
Duties and assignments:
- Assisting in serving clients in a variety of industries
- Media and influencer relations activities, including list development, outreach and coordinating opportunities
- Monitoring and tracking media and influencer coverage
- Writing and editing media materials, social content, newsletter articles, pitches and other materials as needed
- Preparing results reports and status updates for clients
- Participating in strategy sessions, team meetings, creative brainstorms and media training
- Supporting with planning, logistics and attendance of client events
