About the Role
As a Recruiting Technology- Business Systems Analyst, you will make an impact by bridging Talent Acquisition and IT, driving the adoption and optimization of technology solutions that power our recruiting and HR processes. You will be a valued member of the Talent Acquisition Technology team and work collaboratively with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Business requirements and analysis:
- Partner with Recruiting teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and system changes.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed requirements.
- Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to address business needs and enhance overall efficiency.
System implementation and maintenance:
- Manage the system development life cycle from design through implementation for small to medium-scale projects.
- Configure and troubleshoot system modules to ensure they meet business requirements and improve workflow.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and applications software, including system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Testing and quality assurance:

- Strong knowledge of HR systems (HRIS) such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, Avature, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, payroll, and finance, to ensure seamless system integrations.

**THE ROLE**
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Banking & Financial Services Consulting team. This role focuses on credit risk, retail banking, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong emphasis on SQL-based analytics and regulatory compliance.
You will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution design for initiatives involving credit risk modelling, data integration, and reporting automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking environments, particularly in credit risk, lending, or special asset management, and will be comfortable working in Agile/DevOps settings.
