The Role:

The Product Specialist will work closely with the Product/Marketing/Web teams and will drive the following tasks:

  • Take responsibility for the presentation, content, SEO, maintenance, catalog and overall business health of key products and services being sold
  • Ensure eCommerce content on silkandsnow.com and partner websites are accurate, compelling, and up-to-date
  • Drive product development and relaying product knowledge to merchandising, sales, and customer experience for creation of sales/marketing tools
  • Continually stay ahead of market and industry trends
  • Propose and define product pricing strategy, and preparing competitor & financial analysis and making recommendations in order to maximize sales and profit, inclusive of wholesale and retail feedback
  • Identify opportunities for improving product and category profitability by continually monitoring SKU productivity and competitors, reviewing conversion rates and making website recommendations, reducing return rates
  • Identify opportunities for category expansion - assortment selection, flow, life cycle and distribution across multiple channels
  • Drive product development to ensure timely commercialization and adherence with product roadmap including cross-functional communication, support and signoffs
  • Enforce Silk & Snow's product and manufacturing principles, including production, quality, and delivery requirements with all suppliers
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements for products and packaging
  • Work cross functionally to launch and merchandise products and obtain feedback
  • Create clear timelines and objectives, assuming project management responsibilities for ensuring deliverables, overseeing cross-functional communication and sign off
  • Partner and develop strong collaborative relationships with various internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing (product marketing plan across all channels) as well as external existing and new external stakeholders (vendors)

Who You Are:
  • 3-5 years' experience in product management, product development, merchandising, direct sourcing, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years' experience scaling new product categories in a B2C consumer products brand
  • Experience with bedding, sleep products, soft home decor, and related categories
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle, with an understanding of supply chain and sourcing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously while working independently to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance
  • Business savvy and up to date on current market and industry trends
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Resourceful, proactive, and a true team player

  • Familiarity with insurance workflows, especially the roles of brokers, underwriters, and risk managers.
  • Experience in underwriting, accounting and/or the insurance product lifecycle is considered an asset.

Senior Specialist Product Management About the Role:
The Regional Product Management Senior Specialist of Threat Intelligence Solutions will serve as the key regional point of contact for Mastercard's Threat Intelligence solutions in NAM. • Work with teams to develop product roadmaps and support customer onboarding and training materials.

You will partner closely with other product managers, engineers, market facing roles, and data scientists to lead cross-functional projects scaling the evaluation process to allow for improved close rates and expanded account knowledge. Role
In this position, you will:
Drive product development focusing on customer journey and experience
Meet regularly with end customers to understand opportunities for new product capabilities and improvements.
Partner with sales teams, product marketing, privacy lawyers, and other product managers to identify business opportunities and deliver solutions to the market.
Prepare launches and monitors product performance, adoption, and operational health.
Partner with legal, sales, and end customers drive data collection and quality improvements.
Display judgment to know when to escalate issues and liaise with cross-functional teams for resolution.
Own and manage product documentation ensuring it is clear and easily consumable by product, cross-functional and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:
Product management experience; ideally in SaaS products.
Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
Technical experience working with APIs, databases, and data-centric applications.
Strong written and verbal communication; can effectively articulate product decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Business acumen and a proven track record to drive positive results for customers.

The Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative products that help partners identify their customers and enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers in payments and beyond.
A critical area within Identity Solutions is the Payment Verification team which develops global ecommerce identity risk insights and data sharing services to verify consumer identities, reduce payment fraud and increase conversion rates across the payments ecosystem, all leading to better customer experiences. The team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management for the Data and Insights team will be responsible for:
Role
- Define the product vision, goals, and roadmap for data driven products
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs, pain points, and goals.
- Drive projects by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to prioritize goals and timelines
- Gather requirements, translating business needs into data product specifications.
- Execute product roadmap collaborating within Agile principles managing the backlog and planning the iterations.
- Extract, organize and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and build a narrative.
- Partner with customer facing teams and confidently use the data to tell the story.
- Ensure that data products adhere to data governance standards, including data rights, data quality, security, and privacy
- Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to drive product adoption.
- Effective communicator with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and influence decisions
- Be comfortable with data extraction, transformation, and loading to support business intelligence and analytics. Ability to maintain and manage data dashboards
About You:
- Demonstrable experience in product discovery, execution and commercialization, preferably with data driven products
- Experience and/or knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc.)
- Robust understanding of payment industry, digital payments and fraud in ecommerce highly preferred
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving both internally and externally, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges with evidence from the data
- Strong analytical skills and intuition. Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
- Strong written and verbal communication; can effectively articulate product decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Comfort with and an ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Openness to learn and apply new technologies, staying current with industry trends and advancements
- Robust understanding of payment industry, digital payments and fraud in ecommerce highly preferred
- Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in Product Management, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent work experience
