Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Expert:  Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with precision, ensuring that our clients’ operations run seamlessly and efficiently.

  • Client Liaison:  Act as the primary point of contact between clients and ClubHouse Online Products, providing expert advice, solutions, and updates.

  • Build Relationships:  Develop strong, long-term relationships with our clients, listening attentively to their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Collaboration:  Work alongside other departments to expedite issue resolution and ensure client satisfaction at the highest level.

  • Elevate the Brand:  Uphold and promote the company’s image by delivering exceptional, professional, and service-oriented interactions with clients.

  • Client-Facing Content:  Update and maintain client-facing support materials, ensuring information is accurate and relevant.

  • Adaptability:  Manage varying work shifts, including weekends and holidays as part of our on-call rotation, to provide continuous support to our clients.

  • Continuous Learning:  Stay current with industry trends and product updates, continuously improving your knowledge base to serve clients better.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.

  • Expertise with web-based products, HTML, and Content Management Systems (CMS).

  • Prior experience in Mobile Application Support is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of Web Reservation or Online Ordering applications.

  • Advanced troubleshooting experience with Windows, iOS, and Android systems.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, professional client interactions.

  • A self-motivated and dependable individual who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also capable of working independently.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems.

  • A strong background or interest in the hospitality or country club environment is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work shifts starting from 8 AM EST to 8 PM EST as needed as well as statutory holidays

  • Will be required to participate in a pager rotation to cover emergency call on weekends

This position is considered entry level sales and can possibly lead to future account manager positions within the organization.

The main duties of this position will include:

  • Operate a heavy vehicle loaded with product, visiting a route of existing customers on a daily basis.
  • Count product on hand at each customer and restock shelves up to expected stocking levels.

The Product Support Specialist at Analogic Service Team is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support. This role focuses on diagnosing hardware and software issues, delivering remote and on-site assistance, and facilitating the installation of imaging and detection equipment. Collaboration with the engineering team is vital for developing technical solutions and documentation. The specialist's strong communication and organizational skills are crucial for maintaining service excellence and driving process improvements, supporting Analogic's leadership in x-ray computed tomography systems and electro-mechanical equipment support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with remote & on-site product support.
  • Diagnose hardware / software problems and determine proper solutions.Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Help commission x-ray equipment in the US and abroad.
  • Install / configure, hardware & software.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and share information across the organization.
  • Develop technical solutions to incorporate into service bulletins, user, maintenance, service manual

Requirements:

  • Successful applicants will have certified trade training, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in troubleshooting and repair of; x-ray computed tomography systems, electro - mechanical equipment and or conveyance (BHS) systems.
  • Must have a positive professional attitude and be customer focused at all times.
  • Must be able to pass a Federal Government Suitability Determination background check.
  • Must be technically savvy; innovative, quick to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Must have excellent writing skills and be able to document detailed reports.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to break down complex subjects.
  • Detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional at managing time and able to complete assigned projects independently.
  • Flexible and open to a fluid schedule and working environment.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and Passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current technical support or field service experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with the installation, set-up, alignment, cabling, and commissioning of precision x-ray equipment is preferred.
  • Competency with LINUX, Windows, MS Office products, hardware / software, and network troubleshooting is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

What is the day in the life of a Technical Advisor

  • Field incoming calls from end users and service centers, provide technical assistance, trouble shooting, and deal with warranty claims and replacements.
  • Assist predominantly via phone or email. Examples of calls could be: start up procedures on our machines, trouble shooting possible issues, additional parts identification, dealer location, and service center location
  • Identify new service center locations that could be added to our offering.
  • Building relationships with our service centers to strengthen our partnerships with them
  • Participate in Service Schools with our dealer and service center network as conducted
  • Help create training bulletins and resources for self help guides and troubleshooting

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Preference given to candidates with experience in the Auto Industry/Agricultural Industry or the Tool Industry
  • Have a technical aptitude and be mechanically inclined
  • Have worked on motors, pumps and other power equipment products
  • Preference to candidates that have worked in a service desk environment
