    Summary:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare daily production schedules

    Key Responsibilities:


    Incident Management

    • Maintain a strong understanding of FISPAN software and products to facilitate effective troubleshooting of clients technical issues of a complex nature.
    • Be a part of the Customer Support incident response team and work with engineering on resolution and communications to internal and external teams for Severity 1 and 2 issues (status page and other forms of communication as required).
    • Responding to alerts related to issues with our platform
    • Ability to troubleshoot system integration issues when systems communicate via batch files or through API.
    • Diagnose and resolve issues related to SSH key authentication failures, PGP encryption/decryption errors, and certificate validity or chain-of-trust problems.

    Ticket Escalations and Problem Management

    • Work with Tier 1 customer support team to troubleshoot technical support topics including ERP and Platform issues.
    • Responsible for ownership and successful resolution of all tickets escalated from Tier 1, including, but not limited to, bug triage, determining scope and severity of issues and completing Root Cause Analysis for all Severity 1 and 2 issues.
    • Ensure that all client SLAs are met and/or exceeded.

    Knowledgebase Management and Process Improvement

    • Deliver knowledge base sessions to Tier 1 to advance Tier 1s troubleshooting skills, using real case examples.
    • Continue to make our processes better through data driven decision making to support the needs of our team including updating internal tooling, documentation and in scope engineering tasks.


    What You Need:

    • Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
    • Technical or payment industry training is considered an asset.
    • Experience: At least 4-6 years in a technical support role. Experience in the payment/banking industry is considered a bonus.
    • Minimum 4 years supporting SFTP and API based technologies.
    • Minimum 2 years experienced with SSH/PGP/API keys.

    • Coordinate with sales, logistics, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient production flow and meet daily/weekly targets.

    • Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks within the production process.
    • Communicate and manage any production-related backorders or delays with internal teams and local branches.

    • Material Flow & Inventory Management

    • Oversee the shipping & receiving process, verifying incoming materials and supplies against packing slips and BOLs and ensuring accurate paperwork.

    • Take corrective action for overages, shortages, damaged/incorrect items, or improper documentation, communicating issues to relevant teams.
    • Manage the weekly incoming and outgoing Interbranch shipments and P&D Runs related to raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods, ensuring efficient logistics.
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
    • Manage monthly inventory audits and reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
    • Implement and maintain inventory and shipping control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize loss.

    • Computerized Systems & Documentation

    • Review system data daily, enter data to keep databases up-to-date, and maintain all computerized systems and equipment to meet user needs, especially those related to production, inventory, and shipping.

    • Keep accurate records and maintain high housekeeping and organizational standards.

    • Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare and analyze operational reports, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production, quality, safety, shipping, and inventory.

    • Identify areas for improvement, present findings to management, and recommend operational enhancements.

    • Plant Administration & Process Improvement

    • Provides Plant & Logistic Administration Support: Help manage certain aspects of purchasing and invoicing activities for production-related supplies and services, including sourcing, requesting quotes, and generating purchase orders.

    Are you a MATCH?

    • Degree in a related technical field with significant practical experience; 1-3 years in a manufacturing, process plant, or industrial operations environment.
    • Experience in industrial gas, chemical manufacturing, or a similar process-driven industry is highly preferred.
    • Previous experience in a lead role is an asset.
    • Efficient with various computer programs and softwares.
