Job Description

Lead the Next Revolution in
Identity Security for the AI Era
The Massive Enterprise Agentic AI Identity Security Market

AI is transforming every industry — but without identity guardrails, governance, and observability , enterprises can't deploy it safely at scale. The foundation of trusted AI is trusted identity.

Every Fortune 2000 enterprise faces the challenge of unifying identity across clouds, apps, and infrastructure while ensuring AI agents act securely and within policy boundaries. This is the new frontier of enterprise security.

Strata is pioneering Agentic Identity Security — the category-defining approach that gives enterprises the controls they need to adopt AI responsibly. And the response has been extraordinary: in just 30 days, over 300 enterprises signed up for our new Agentic Identity Security product waitlist , proving how urgent and massive this opportunity is.

Strata the Company

Strata is a venture-backed startup defining the Identity Orchestration and Agentic Identity Security markets. Our founding team created the first wave of Web identity management, pioneered IDaaS, co-authored SAML, and is now building the identity layer for AI .

We're scaling fast, with enterprises across industries choosing Strata to solve their most pressing identity and security challenges.

This is a ground-floor leadership role where you'll directly shape both the sales team and the trajectory of one of the most important markets in enterprise technology.

The Team

At Strata, we've built a culture around collaboration, authenticity, and courage. We call it the Maverics Spirit — a mix of grit, creativity, and confidence that drives us to win together. We celebrate wins weekly, invest deeply in our people, and execute with urgency. If you want to be part of a team bold enough to reimagine identity for the AI era, Strata is the place.

The Product

Strata's Maverics Platform unifies enterprise identity systems with both modern and legacy applications - without rewriting code - saving millions and accelerating transformation.

Now we've taken the next leap forward with our Agentic Identity Security product , the world's first identity layer purpose-built for AI:

  • Guardrails that ensure AI agents act only within approved identity and access boundaries.

  • Governance that enforces enterprise policies and compliance across AI-driven workflows.

  • Observability that provides full visibility into how AI agents use identity, enabling trust, auditability, and resilience.

Strata's Agentic Identity Orchestration product is designed to be super easy to evaluate and test using a self-service model (hybrid-PLG) and we charge by consumption - the more agents a customer secures the more they buy.

This isn't incremental innovation — it's foundational to making AI secure for the enterprise. And the market is validating it, fast.

The Role

Strata Professional Services Engineers provide professional services both on-site or remotely. Services consist of deployment of Strata's Maverics technology and solutions as well as end user and partner training. The Professional Services Engineer acts as the technical representative leading the direct interaction with the customer's personnel and project teams leveraging Strata's best practices.

This role helps the customer to quickly benefit from the Strata solution and realize business value. Meanwhile, Professional Services Engineers provide field feedback to product management and engineering teams based on their experiences with customer implementations throughout the deployment process.

This is a hands-on-keyboard role where you are responsible for implementing Strata's software at customers' locations both on premises and in the cloud. Your core team responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customer success with thorough project management, meeting deadlines, and frequent communication
