**The Data and Process Management team** is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead a passionate group of professional QA engineers. **Responsibilities**
+ Manage a globally distributed Quality Assurance Team
+ Develop staff capabilities by recruiting resources, defining development areas, providing ongoing feedback, training, and development to foster professional and technical competencies

+ Collaborate with fellow SQA managers to research and evaluate alternative methodologies, practices, and tools to improve quality assurance standards of company products and services
+ Managers of Professional roles - and/or managers of people that manage Support roles
+ Manages work for medium size team, or multiple small teams and achieves results by directing work through supervisors/team leads and professional employees
+ Typically focused on areas of subject matter expertise within one discipline

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent ?
+ Proven track record (5+ years) of managing and directing professional staff responsible for delivering high-quality software
+ 10+ years of experience in testing applications on heterogeneous (desktop, client-server, web applications) platforms and operation systems (Windows, Linux)
+ Strong understanding of Quality Assurance disciplines, designing tests based on user stories, and testing methodologies including the authoring of functional test plans, regression testing, and performance / load testing scripts
+ Strong understanding of testing automation practices, working with automation frameworks that scale, using tools like Cypress, Playwright, or similar
+ Exceptional team player with very good moderation, consulting and influencing skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
+ Experience working on a scrum team developing desktop products and/or cloud services; understand software and/or services architecture, development, and testing; understand Agile and Scaled Agile
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in hiring, building an inclusive team-based culture that strives towards best practices, measurable outcomes
+ Experience defining and building CI/CD processes and working with common CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity)

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Software Development, the QA Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance department at WinAir, ensuring high-quality output for each sprint and project. The role involves managing the QA team, monitoring test milestones, and ensuring the team follows best practices. The QA Manager works closely with internal teams and senior management to deliver projects on time and at the highest possible quality, while assisting with other duties as assigned to support continuous quality improvement and team development.

Responsibilities

Managerial

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to the QA team, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Monitor the progress of the QA department, ensuring high-quality output for each sprint and project. Ensure QA staff are prioritizing and tracking defects and issues correctly. Recommend corrective actions when necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Development, Product Management) to share information on QA issues, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Metrology:

**Objective & Overview**

**Responsibilities**
Safety:
+ Implementation of Amrize Safety Policies, and Compliance with Government Legislation. Safety Induction of Visitors to Quality Lab or site as required.
+ Execution of Job Hazard Analyses for QC Tasks, and implementation of Action Items.
+ Execution and implementation of Lab/QC Safety Improvement Plans.
Aggregate Product Performance:

+ Participate in or lead the development and implementation of site specific actions to reduce and/or utilize long products, including innovating new combination materials.
+ Provide input to ensure alignment between Sales and Operational staff to ensure product performance meets customer expectations

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, grasp, handle, or feel.

**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector responsible for conducting various physical and electrical tests to ensure the quality of our products. This role is integral to maintaining high standards in our manufacturing processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform tests on physical properties such as tensile strength and elongation.
+ Conduct electrical tests including continuity, hipot (dielectric withstand), DC resistance, insulation resistance, and capacitance.
+ Prepare and review required documentation, including acceptance test reports (ATR), certified test reports (CTR), and certificates of conformance (CoC).
+ Review raw material certificates for compliance.
+ Perform visual inspections of cables to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Utilize ERP systems and SharePoint to access and manage information and documentation.
+ Support projects and initiatives as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years of experience in a quality control inspection position.
+ Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles.
+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Strong English comprehension, reading, and writing skills.
