In this **newly created** Developer Marketing Manager position, you will be pivotal in establishing and executing strategic marketing plans to engage and grow our developer community. Utilising your strong background in marketing along with your deep understanding of the developer mindset, you will interact with technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, developer-relevant content, and driving authentic engagement across multiple channels. This is a highly visible position and some international travel may be required.

* Coordinate communication, activities, and community-centric events-including hackathons, university events, developer dialogues, and tournaments-across multiple global departments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, social networks, engineering, and product management, to ensure cohesive messaging,
* Leverage community leads and transversal teams to create meaningful content for our developers (e.g., blogs, podcasts, interviews, infographics, livestreams, VLOGs, etc.).
* Collaborate with Product and Social Media Managers to define and report on content KPIs to demonstrate the success and ROI of community programs and content.
**You will have:**
* Proven experience managing online developer communities and developing strategic plans or programs with demonstrable success in a professional setting.
* Strong technical background or previous experience as a developer or technical marketer; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Experience engaging directly with developers in forums, technical discussions, and events; empathetic to their mindset, motivations, and challenges.
* Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, etc.).
* Experience working in a demanding production environment with multiple deadlines, metrics for success, and stakeholders.
* Proven track record of working with various stakeholders in an international environment to filter and implement developer feedback.
