**Job purpose**
The main responsibility for this position is to perform method development, validation and transfer activities to support quality control development department.

+ Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
+ Complete all assigned training and maintain up-to-date personal training records.
+ Demonstrate flexibility to work shift schedules as required.

+ Contribute to new product launches.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline (minimum requirement).
+ 5-7 year of experience in Assay & Impurities method validation in a pharmaceutical laboratory.
+ Expert knowledge of analytical chemistry and instrumentation.
+ Proficiency in analytical techniques such as UV-Vis, IR, HPLC and GC.
+ Familiarity with software systems including LIMS, Empower, and Microsoft Office.
+ Strong understanding and application of Health Canada and FDA regulations.
+ Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
+ Advanced troubleshooting and investigative skills for analytical issues.
+ Ability to recommend changes and initiate investigations when necessary.
+ Recommends changes and requests investigations where required.
+ Knowledge of In-Vitro & Cleaning validation study is considered an asset

Requirements

  • Suivre et faire le suivi des actions correctives liees aux enjeux de controle.

  • Participer a la preparation et au suivi de la documentation de conformite afin de repondre aux normes reglementaires.

  • Contribuer aux formations internes et a la sensibilisation des employes aux meilleures pratiques en matiere de conformite.

  • Participer aux audits internes annuels, incluant les tests de controles et la documentation des resultats.

  • Preparer des rapports clairs et des presentations sur les constats et recommandations.

  • Participer a des projets stimulants comme l'amelioration des processus, le deploiement d'un ERP et d'autres initiatives ponctuelles dirigees par le directeur de la Transformation financiere et des Controles internes.

  • Deplacements au besoin - voyages a l'international; le candidat doit detenir des documents de voyage valides

Ton profil de champion(ne)

  • Baccalaureat en comptabilite , finance, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.

  • Minimum d'une annee d'experience en stage en audit, conformite ou controle interne.

  • Forte capacite d'analyse et de resolution de problemes.

  • Organise, minutieux et proactif.

  • Entierement bilingue (francais et anglais), avec une excellente maitrise professionnelle, principalement en anglais.

  • A l'aise pour travailler de facon autonome ou en equipe.

  • Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

What you need for success:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting , Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

  • Fully bilingual (French and English), with excellent professional proficiency, primarily in English

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
