Responsibilities:
- Own and lead Pelcros QA strategy, processes, and execution across all product releases.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a QA engineers; set a high-performance and accountability culture.
- Define and enforce quality standards, testing practices, and release criteria.
- Design and implement test plans for web applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Lead automated and manual testing efforts to ensure full test coverage and minimal regression.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure early testing, CI/CD alignment, and quality gates.
- Investigate and reproduce bugs; analyze root causes and prevent recurring issues.
- Own quality reporting: test coverage, defect rates, regression reports, etc.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 12 years in a lead or managerial role.
- Proven experience testing SaaS platforms (especially billing, subscriptions, or APIs).
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing (preferably using tools like Cypress, Selenium, or similar).
- Hands-on experience writing test cases, test scripts, and setting up test environments.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines.

Position Summary and Scope of Service Reporting to the Director, Community Residential Program and consistent with the Mission, Values and policies of St.Amant, the Quality Enhancement Lead is a critical role in ensuring the success of St.Amant business and operations. The primary responsibility of the Quality Enhancement Lead is oversight to the Quality Framework of the Community Residential Program (CRP) with accountabilities including:
- Applies the standards set by Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) in promoting quality improvement in services and supports, embracing and applying Basic Assurances and Personal Outcome Measures (POM)
- Acts as a resource within the CRP in the promotion of Human Rights
- Plays a key role in the solicitation of feedback from people who receive supports and services, families, and all community partners
- Embraces storytelling as a powerful tool in understanding culture and establishing identity, promoting a sense of belonging and pride, connecting and inspiring. Promote people's understanding of their own stories, help find ways for people to tell, and share to foster growth
- Primary Resource to the Self Advocate Council, Family Council, and assigned St.Amant and external partners
The Quality Enhancement Lead is a member of the Community Residential Program (CRP) leadership team and is responsible to help identify and contribute to matters of importance or relevance to the program and to the organization as a whole. This includes strategic planning, accreditation activities, community relations and partnerships, quality improvement, risk management, or issues related to human, financial, or physical resources. The Quality Enhancement Lead receives instruction, support, and guidance from the Quality Assurance Lead to ensure consistency with all areas of St.Amant accredited by CQL.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Grade 12 Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalency required
- Degree or Diploma in a related field of study from an accredited post-secondary institution is preferred
- Certification in CPR and Emergency First Aid
- Certified with CQL as Personal Outcome Measures Interviewer (to be obtained)
- Valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's License
Professional:
- Minimum of five years experience providing support to people with disabilities in a community setting
- Adept at understanding relevant human rights legislation, recognizing discrimination and restriction of rights

Position Scope
Carbon Engineering’s mission is to generate reputable data that supports the commercial deployment of DAC technology. The Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead will contribute to the integrity of this data by fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency across the Operations team. Reporting to the VP Operations, this individual will lead and facilitate assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives. This will involve collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the ongoing development of CE’s operational maturity.
The Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead will work with teams across all functions to optimize workflows, improve consistency and enhance output. - Facilitate regular review meetings with leadership to report progress of ongoing improvement projects and propose new initiatives.

Education and Experience
Education:

- 10+ years’ experience applying quality and continuous improvement principles in an industrial manufacturing, chemical plant or technology development environment.
