**About the Role:**
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Specialist has primary responsibility for coordination, execution and oversight of quality control during all shop and field fabrication/construction and ensures all fabrication and construction work is satisfactorily completed in accordance with legislated, company and client quality standards. The QC Specialist assists in the development and supervision of the Quality Department functions and provides advanced level support to QC Inspectors.
**As a Quality Specialist at Graham, you will:**
* Review project specifications and drawings for awareness and understanding of quality requirements
* Work closely with project field team in the planning, execution and monitoring of quality management process
* Provide technical assistance to site superintendents and project managers in the application of the Graham quality program
* Assist in the development of project quality risk assessments, quality plans and ITPs prior to execution of the scope of work
* Organize and chair internal PQRA, ITP and pre-mob meetings
* Act as the teams QC Inspector, assist in preparing QC documentation binders for distribution and rollout.
* Provide technical expertise, recommendations and assistance to project personnel regarding the application of quality program
* Verify code and specified NDE requirements are implemented at shop and field sites
* Assist in the resolution of field QC issues
* Prepare and present training information to Graham and Vendors relating to quality management
* Participate and/or lead project audits as required
* Assist in progressing corrective actions required from audit findings to a satisfactory conclusion
* Develop project specific documents
* Provide work leadership to QC Inspectors and attend Shop and Field sites to assess / monitor performance.
* Prepare and deliver periodic project performance/quality reports as required
* Assist with and verify turnover packages are completed for storage and retention
* Liaise with jurisdictional authorities, third party inspectors, and outside agencies/organizations as required during execution of the project
* Provide support in developing project specific protocols / documents
* Assist in the maintenance of the Graham project specific quality plan and applicable Graham quality forms.
* Make suggestions on improvements or changes to quality program based on professional observations and expertise
* Providing input to management quality meetings as requested
* Support continual improvement initiatives / activities.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
* 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in quality management, preferably in building construction, during which technical and work leadership experience has been clearly demonstrated
* Knowledge in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) inspections and Provincial Regulations considered an asset
* Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage conflicting needs while ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met
* Demonstrates problem solving skills and solutions oriented approaches
* Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage day to day responsibilities in an effective manner
* Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Responsibilities:
- Performs audits by testing and measuring parts and applying experience, knowledge, and judgement to ascertain the acceptability of parts, including SPC data entry and analysis.
- Audit quality alerts, measurements, and testing ensure that all comply with all requirements, followed by operations.
- Prepares and submits test results and reject reports to the Customer Quality Specialist, Quality Supervisor, and Quality Manager, and maintains and files records, ensuring document control and the correctness of data; all appropriate paperwork is completed, filed, and retrievable.
- Participate in the problem resolution process (input) in resolving quality concerns of internal and external customers, as well as feedback on the viability of improvements.
- Audit Team Leader records correct lot traceability, and the maintenance of records pertaining to traceability is properly recorded and completed per Dortec quality protocol.
- Ensure rejected parts in assigned areas or lines are segregated, identified, and quarantined following the DMN/QPF process and timely follow-up of disposition using the containment work sheet.
- Audit, if any, reworked parts, or salvaged components to meet all specified requirements per rework instructions, including lot traceability, prior to reintroduction into the production system. Containment worksheets are included in the required audits.
- Responsible for escalating information and data on processes or parts not meeting established quality requirements to the customer quality specialist, quality supervisor, and/or quality manager per Dortec Quality Protocol
- Participate in and conduct Layered Process Audits (LPAs) as per the scheduled release and follow up on any action items found during the audit.
- Audit daily to ensure that operators and TL are performing quality inspections as per Quality Alert instructions.
- If required, support training new personnel in quality control inspection and investigation techniques, including third-party inspectors.
- Identify and be able to react to any anomalies in control characteristics (LV).
- Audit/address in real time high scrap/NVA inspection/review and audit third party inspection

Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of post-secondary education in Quality or Engineering related field preferred
- ASQ or CQT or equivalent certificate an asset
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical observation ability.
- 1-3 years' previous experience working in an Automotive Quality Department
- Prior experience using metrology and analytical equipment such as Height Gauge, Micrometer, Optical Comparator, Calipers, Tensile Tester, Force Gauges, Attribute and Variable Gauges
- Blueprint reading skills and knowledgeable of SPC and correct measuring techniques.
- Above average computer skills necessary in Microsoft applications. Team Center, Compliant Pro & Minitab experience an asset.

What You Will DoMobilityData is hiring a Database Quality Specialist to play a critical role in improving the coverage and reliability of the Mobility Database ( a globally trusted open transit data platform. This role ensures that open transit data is reliable and easy to discover for transit authorities, application developers, and researchers who are making riders' daily lives better.
In this role, you'll be at the frontlines of improving the Mobility Database's international data coverage, accuracy, and freshness. You'll investigate data issues, identify missing or outdated feeds, and collaborate directly with transit agencies to identify impactful fixes.
This role is ideal for someone who combines a technical background, a passion for public transportation, and a proactive, investigative mindset.
Responsabilities: Data Input and Analysis (40%)- Update, enter and analyze GTFS, GBFS and related transport data feeds into the Mobility Database.
- Monitor feed coverage across regions to ensure completeness and relevance.
- Compare and validate GTFS feeds, identifying discrepancies or duplicated data sources.
- Use tools likeMobilityData's GTFS Schedule Validator to find and document issues in published feeds.
- Flag expired, broken, or incorrect feeds and replace them where possible.

You will work closely with suppliers to ensure a high level of compliance and directly contribute to the organization’s operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections at supplier facilities to evaluate the quality of delivered components.
Lead quality reviews with suppliers to assess performance.
Request and follow up on detailed corrective actions in case of non-conformities or recurring issues.
Evaluate overall supplier quality performance and suggest improvement opportunities.
Provide management with visibility on quality issues (presentations, tracking, etc.).
Ideal Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical diploma in aerospace engineering (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality or supplier quality assurance.
Experience in the aerospace sector (asset).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with direct interactions with suppliers.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Availability to travel locally and internationally, sometimes on short notice.

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for daily QA program activities. This role requires strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality systems. The specialist identifies food safety risks, supports root cause analysis, and drives corrective actions in collaboration with production teams. Independence, sound decision-making, and effective representation of the QA department are key.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Actively support the monitoring and maintenance of quality assurance programs.
* Analyze QA trends and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
* Maintain procedures and deliver employee training as needed.
* Support the Environmental Monitoring Program and conduct internal audits (GMP, ISO, sanitation).
* Assist in preparing for and participating in third-party audits.
* Compile and submit QA reports, including non-conformances and customer complaints.
* Collaborate with operations to investigate quality and food safety issues, identifying root causes.
* Manage customer complaint investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
* Oversee the sanitation schedule and ensure its effective implementation.
* Contribute to the rollout of the Integrated Quality Pillar within the BC Operating System (TPM-based).
* Support the implementation and monitoring of BC’s Non-Negotiable Food Safety Principles.
* Review production records, manage product holds, and track non-conformances and CAPAs.
**About you:**
* College Diploma/University Degree with preference given to a science discipline.
* Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
* Certified PCQI is an asset.
* Experience with FSSC 22000 is an asset.
* High degree of computer literacy with excellent written and oral communication skills.
* SAP experience is an asset

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Reporting to: Operations Development Coordinator
Job purpose:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Goway, you’ll be a key player in making sure our travel systems work seamlessly. You’ll test new features, identify bugs, and ensure everything runs smoothly after it goes live. Working closely with developers and team leads, you'll help improve processes, ensure developments meet business needs, and support our staff with clear documentation. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and end users, helping to improve system functionality and user experience across our platforms.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Test Developments as the pass through the different selling, document or Salesforce platforms and ensure they are working as per the specifications.
- Write up a Test plan for Developments based on Specification documents provided by developers.
- Test fixes for System bugs to confirm an issue has been resolved
- Collaborates with the Lead for any process improvement
- Work with Team Lead to determine if there are any gaps missing in the development to ensure they meet Goway's needs
- Assist in writing clear release notes for developments you have tested to inform Goway staff how the development will affect them
- When a Development is not working as per the specification describe step by step how to get to the failure and what the failure is so it can be reported
- Provide detailed recreation steps identifying bugs found so that a case can be opened with 3rd parties
- Must be able to understand and load contracts to the system to understand how they interact with the Reservations module
- Conduct troubleshooting for any system/technical issues
- Communicate with our developers via Jira, Slack, MS Teams and/or Video Conference when needed to resolve time critical issues
- Contribute in meetings to review development requests and offer opinions and suggestions where specifications could fail to meet Goway's needs
- Manage personal and team goals with the required service level agreements, standards and targets
- Liaise with Team Lead to set KPIs and for any procedural Concerns and critical issues
- Action Escalated Level 2 Bug cases to confirm they are actually a bug and report to Developers Recreation steps via Jira
- Work with Bug and Training Helpdesk Team to ensure API issues are fixed and agents assisted
- Offer creative solutions and suggestions for streamlining testing or procedures
- Maintain User Manuals and LMS for Travel Agents and Loaders
