Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage your sales pipeline through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and email correspondence.
+ Consult with clients to uncover their investment goals and match them with the right real estate opportunities.
+ Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally.
+ Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable in the pre-construction, resale, and rental markets.
+ Book appointments at sales centers and accompany clients on site visits.
+ Consistently meet monthly business and sales targets.
Qualifications:
+ Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (or in process of transferring to the brokerage/applying upon hire).
+ Proven ambition, self-motivation, and strong desire for career growth.
+ Willingness to work in-office and on weekends as required.
+ Strong business acumen with knowledge of Toronto's real estate market, especially pre-construction.
+ Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to sites.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Comfortable with technology, including CRM platforms, mobile apps, and digital tools.
