We are seeking a high-performing, strategic, and people-driven Regional Manager to oversee, coach, lead and support our General Managers across multiple clinics in the province of Ontario.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategic Growth and Commercial Operations, this is a critical leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, strong team performance, and consistent growth across your region.
This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at coaching teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and coach General Managers to ensure effective day-to-day clinic operations.
- Mentor and develop talent through hands-on support, ongoing feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Ongoing strategic oversight and mentoring of dynamic business review and analysis
- Participate and lead ad-hoc head office projects and initiatives
Operational Excellence
- Ensure alignment with company standards, SOPs, and KPIs across all clinics.
- Partner with General Managers to analyze business reports, implement operational enhancements, and optimize processes.
- Act as the liaise for insights, challenges, and market dynamics between clinics and head office stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks, while capitalizing on opportunities for efficiency and service improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and internal policies.
Financial Performance
- Collaborate with General Managers to set and achieve revenue, profitability, and cost-control goals.
- Monitor and manage regional P&L statements.
- Coaches GMs and proposes strong business cases for innovation, staffing or clinic needs inclusive of ROI
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and improve overall profitability.
- Support and guide clinics through operational and market changes in collaboration with corporate departments.
Customer Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure every clinic delivers an exceptional and consistent client experience.
- Address escalated client concerns in partnership with General Managers.
- Analyze client feedback and drive service improvement initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Translate corporate strategies into actionable regional plans.
- Lead the successful rollout of new services, technologies, and initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities within the region, including market expansion and customer acquisition strategies.
Talent Development & Employee Engagement
- Collaborate with General Managers and HR to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Coaches, and develops direct reports to support company vision & growth ambition as well as develop talent in line with development plans and aspirations.
- Support the implementation of training programs to maintain
high standards of service and employee performance.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that supports professional development.
- Partner with HR on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-location, service-based environment.
- Proven track record of coaching and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong experience managing P&L, budgeting, and driving operational KPIs.
- Background in aesthetics, retail, healthcare, or hospitality is a strong asset.
- Experience with clinic expansions or buildouts is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

TryCycle is a proudly Canadian company that is passionate about developing digital health solutions and programs that promote human connection through technology. Our mission is to create innovative solutions that reduce barriers to care, helping to improve their overall health and well-being. Established in 2017, the company is headquartered in Ottawa, with offices in Toronto and Saskatoon.
In 2022, TryCycle launched the Talking Stick program in partnership with the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations. The Talking Stick platform is powered by a workforce of two-hundred (200) Indigenous Peer Advocates, who provide support and comfort to guests through an anonymous chat app. A team of Regional Managers across the province is helping to facilitate the adoption and growth of the program as a By Indigenous, For Indigenous program.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Regional Manager (Northwest), you will play a key role in promoting and supporting the growth of Talking Stick and other First Nations programs in the Northwest regions of Saskatchewan. The Regional Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of program delivery, program management, communications, and reporting for their designated region of communities.
The Regional Manager will build awareness, momentum, and support for Talking Stick and other First Nations programs as required. This is an intermediate-level position that requires a high degree of accountability, ownership, and interpersonal management skills.
Additionally in this role, you are responsible for training and providing oversight to a regional team of Indigenous Peer Advocates (approximately 20-30 people), while ensuring a safe and collaborative work environment for everyone. You will engage in proactive communications with Peer Advocates, directing their day-to-day work, and removing any challenges or obstacles, especially those having to do with safety and service delivery, while ensuring their efforts adhere to the program's needs.
This position requires frequent travel, including long-distance drives for in-person meetings, presentations, and community/school visits across the Province. Some overnight travel is required.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports to the Provincial Director and works closely with other Regional Managers, to drive program engagement and growth
- Organizes and delivers presentations to communities, schools, health organizations, and other related indigenous organizations and groups in the region/province
- Collaborates with the Provincial Director as a liaison to Tribal Councils and Chiefs, in support of promoting the program goals
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with communities, schools, health authorities, media, and partner organizations
- Monitors and communicates program progress, risks, and opportunities, and provide regular written reports for your Region, including weekly work plans and a monthly report to the Provincial Director
- Contributes and collaborates on all aspects of program delivery, program management, marketing, education, and awareness building
- Supports the process of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training Peer Advocates for the Talking Stick program and other projects/programs as required
- Provides oversight, and day-to-day team building with Peer Advocates, including regular check-ins, coaching, and performance management

As a Regional Manager, your primary functions are:
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure outstanding customer service levels are provided to both external and internal customers

- Monitor and ensure compliance to store opening and closing standards
- Ensure compliance with established policies and governmental laws and regulation
What You Need To Work With Us:
- 2 or more years of experience as a multi-unit district manager in a retail, restaurant, or related customer service environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the motivation and desire to lead by example
- Professional, outgoing, positive, and approachable demeanour that draws in both customers and associates
- Outstanding communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well and be resourceful in fast-paced and demanding situations
