As they continue to expand their presence across Canada, we are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their growth efforts in Ontario, starting with the Greater Toronto Area.
This position comes with a salary and commission plan, total compensation within the $120,000-$150,000 range.
Role Overview
As the Regional Sales Manager – Ontario, you will be responsible for expanding their market share by strengthening relationships with existing distributors, identifying and onboarding new distribution partners, and building awareness of our products within the engineering and HVAC communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow revenue and market share in Ontario.
- Manage and grow relationships with current HVAC distributors and wholesalers, engineers and developers.
- Identify and secure new distribution partners to expand our reach.
- Engage with engineers, contractors, , developers and other key stakeholders to promote product awareness and technical adoption.
- Introduce new product releases to customers and ensure they are informed of updates and enhancements.
- Provide solutions to customer challenges through a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to build brand visibility and network with key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular in-person visits across the GTA and Ontario to build relationships and support partners.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with significant local travel.
- Experience in the residential HVAC industry with established relationships in the Ontario market.
- Background in engineering (education or work experience).
- Familiarity with the GTA and Ontario HVAC distribution landscape.

Our client is a large global steel manufacturing company looking for a Regional Sales Manager, in charge of managing their own territory and bringing in new business.
