A Relationship Manager with a strong background in building customer relationships, fostering a positive local culture focused on employee development, and driving business growth. You will be part of the AFC team responsible for portfolio management, risk mitigation, team member development, and ensuring operational efficiencies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your experience in sales, customer service, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have three (3) years of people leadership experience and a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and codes for the assigned geographic area.

Reporting to the Sr. Relationship and Central Services Manager, this role will collaborate with various teams, including Credit, Contracting, Collections, Training, and Operations, on a regular basis. You will also interact with customers and external partners, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.

Must Have's:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, sales, sales support roles.

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience

  • Experience in team management and building strong sales relationships

  • Passion for leading people, projects, and budgets

  • Ability and desire to frequently travel within your market to support our current and prospective customer base.

  • Familiarity with risk management principles and collections procedures

  • High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets.

Nice to Have's:

  • Experience in the automotive, financial services, or related industries. 

  • Basic understanding of financial statements

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

We're looking for:

A Relationship Manager with a strong background in building customer relationships, fostering a positive local culture focused on employee development, and driving business growth. You will be part of the AFC team responsible for portfolio management, risk mitigation, team member development, and ensuring operational efficiencies. Must Have's:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, sales, sales support roles.

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience

  • Experience in team management and building strong sales relationships

  • Passion for leading people, projects, and budgets

  • Ability and desire to frequently travel within your market to support our current and prospective customer base.

  • Familiarity with risk management principles and collections procedures

  • High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets.

The primary role of the Relationship Manager  is to perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program. This includes building and managing rapport with clients and their advisors to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation.

Responsibilities

  • The role requires expertise across the entire residency and citizenship program portfolio offered by H&P as well as the ability to be able to support other ancillary requirements when needed.
  • Deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits (when needed).
  • Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed.
  • Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews.
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation.
  • Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the firm and its offerings with client needs.
  • Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application process.

Qualifications

  • +3 years' experience of account management within investments, insurance, private bank or wealth management.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills - full English business proficiency is required.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P's services.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
  • Masters or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry.
  • Strong international networks that allow for business development.
