Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to add to our team, based at our Sudbury terminal. This position is responsible for the daily upkeep of our facility - repairing and improving the building when needed, and ensuring that seasonal tasks such as snow removal, de-icing, and grounds maintenance are completed promptly.
This position is typically a Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm shift, including a 30-minute break midday. However, this position may require some flexibility in hours and days of work depending on weather conditions or emergencies.
The following skills would be an asset to this position, but are not necessarily required. The ideal candidate would have several of the skills listed below
- Responsible for various yard duties, including light snow removal and yard cleanup.
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- Perform daily inspections on the buildings and yard for safety hazards.
