**Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a **Climate Resiliency Planning Specialist - Airport Project** to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. This is a new position.
We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Supports climate resiliency across both existing assets and new design and construction, including conducting PIEVC analysis or equivalent assessments.
+ Integrates resiliency considerations, engaging relevant stakeholders as needed.
+ Collaborates with Stakeholder Relations and Communications (SR&C) and external partners to align all aspects of the sustainability strategy.
+ Ensures all related initiatives align with our vision and strategy for a sustainable, resilient, and environmentally responsible future.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:
+ University Degree in engineering, planning, or sustainability field + 6 years of relevant experience in the environment, energy, or sustainable design sector.
Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Professional certification (PE, CEM, LEED AP, ENV SP).
+ Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the environmental, energy, or sustainable design sectors, with a strong track record of delivering sustainability outcomes within the infrastructure industry.
+ Experience working on large, complex programs is considered an asset.
+ Comprehensive understanding of sustainability and Net Zero principles, with specific expertise in climate risk assessment, adaptation, mitigation, and decarbonization across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
+ Proven knowledge of sustainability, ESG, and climate-related accounting, management, and disclosure frameworks and standards.
+ Deep understanding of climate resiliency risk assessment and strategic planning.
+ Strong technical capabilities across all project phases, with demonstrated ability to address complex challenges using data-driven approaches and analytics.
**Additional Information**
This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.

Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. TPM on WFP, you will own program delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams spanning product, engineering, science, and finance systems integration. You will:
Drive end-to-end delivery of WFP platform capabilities including Segmentation, Plan Mapping, Plan Builder, Permissions, Insights/Recommendations/Alerts, and Science models - managing cross-functional dependencies across engineering pods, science teams, upstream data owners, and downstream partners
Lead launch readiness programs including E2E coordination, Go/No-Go gates, ORR/ASR completion, and Game Day execution
Track and surface risks across multi-team dependency maps; maintain visibility into critical path across backend (AppSync, BFF, Lambda/ECS, DDB), science (Action Solver, CC distribution), and frontend workstreams
Own program communications to senior leadership - writing crisp daily/weekly flash,bi-weekly status updates, MBR updates, surfacing tradeoffs with specificity, and driving decisions rather than deferring them
Coordinate with upstream data dependencies (Finance/GFT, BIS/SBC forecasts, HRBP data via Maple) and downstream consumers to manage data availability risks and scope implications
Partner with Product and Science to scope quarterly roadmap items, work with SDMs and SDEs to estimate work and build execution plans grounded in honest LOE estimates
Manage team sustainability as a first-class program risk alongside technical and schedule risks

**Compensation**

**What are your contributions to the team?**
- Partner with Finance, Industrial Engineering, and Methods to prioritize projects and define KPIs and dashboards to improve planning and performance.
- Identify execution issues, risks/opportunities, and recommend aligned, prioritized solutions across the portfolio.
- Track and communicate project progress with key stakeholders.
- Lead portfolio governance with executives to accelerate execution and align scope and outcomes.
- Communicate strategy, updates, and risks across all management levels.
- Influence stakeholders to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
- Optimize inventory management across sites with a 5-year outlook and executive reporting.
- Coordinate inventory reduction initiatives from identification to execution.
- Optimize capacity management with impact analysis and executive communication.
- Prioritize operations projects based on value, criticality, and maturity, with quarterly reviews.
- Prepare and coordinate executive reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and build strong partnerships to support strategy execution and business objectives.
**How to thrive in this role?**
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in aerospace or complex product industry, ideally in, but not limited to, project/portfolio management, capacity management, inventory management, engineering, operations and/or accounting finance.
- You are a highly organized individual (PMP certification is an asset).
- You have a strong business acumen, a good understanding of financial statements and can proactively identify and validate consistencies and accuracy of financial information.
- You have demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies (Microsoft Office suite proficiency required, VBA and Power BI skillset is an asset).
- You are comfortable interacting/presenting to all levels of management.
- You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
- You are a good team player and highly reliable.
