+ You have good verbal and written communication skills

+ Assist individual initiatives with strategic schedule planning and progress tracking.
+ Provide process mapping support to initiatives.
+ Establish regular follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
+ Monitor budget adherence for all initiatives.
+ Prepare comprehensive weekly or monthly progress reports.

Afin de soutenir notre développement en Amérique du Nord, nous avons créé une filiale au Québec. Cette implantation est motivée par l’obtention d’un projet majeur de réhabilitation à Montréal, prévu pour 2026.


Vos responsabilités

Vous serez amené(e) à assumer plusieurs fonctions stratégiques :

  • Supervision des travaux liés au chantier de Montréal, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes de la maison mère en Espagne. 
  • Développement commercial et marketing sur le marché canadien.
  • Gestion financière de l’entité locale.
  • Direction générale de la filiale québécoise.


Vos objectifs

  • Mettre en place et assurer la pérennité de la société au Québec et au Canada.
  • Développer commercialement nos solutions et services sur l’ensemble du territoire canadien, en s’appuyant sur le chantier de référence de Montréal et sur les compétences et références de la structure mère.
  • Préparer, planifier et suivre le chantier de Montréal avec les responsables techniques en Espagne.


Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion d’entreprise ou en direction de projet.
  • Solide compréhension du marché québécois et canadien, idéalement dans le domaine des infrastructures ou de la construction.
  • Compétences en gestion financière, développement commercial et gestion de chantier.
  • Leadership, autonomie et vision stratégique.

Responsibilities

In the initial phase, you will be expected to cover several key leadership functions:

  • General management of the Quebec subsidiary.
  • Commercial development and marketing across the Canadian market.
  • Financial management of the local entity.
  • Oversight of the Montreal project, working closely with the parent company’s technical team in Spain.


Objectives

  • Establish and ensure the long-term sustainability of the company in Quebec and across Canada.
  • Develop our solutions and services nationwide, leveraging the Montreal project as a reference and the expertise of the parent company.
  • Plan, prepare, and monitor the execution of the Montreal project in coordination with Spain.


Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in business management or large-scale project leadership.

  • Fluency in both French and English.
