* Examiner, diagnostiquer, vacciner, prescrire des médicaments-soins, procéder aux chirurgies des animaux du refuge;
* Examiner les animaux adoptés dans le cadre de la garantie de santé;
* Participer aux activités nécessitant un vétérinaire qui sont parfois à l'extérieur des heures normales de travail;

PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES
* Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des Médecins Vétérinaires du Québec (OMVQ);
* Être membre ou disposé à devenir membre de l’Association de Vétérinaire Québécois de Médecine de Refuges (AVQMR);
* Avoir de l'expérience dans le milieu des refuges est souhaitable ou comprendre la dynamique différente;
