+ Assurer le respect des étapes de production spécifiées dans les feuilles de production.
+ Compléter la documentation de production de manière précise et rapide ; surveiller et contrôler la qualité des produits, en signalant les écarts de processus à la direction si nécessaire.
+ Effectuer des inspections de produits au besoin et maintenir la disponibilité des équipements.
+ Maintenir le poste de travail et les équipements conformément aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et aux normes de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (SSE).
+ Participer au travail d'équipe, contribuer au développement de nouvelles méthodes et maintenir des qualifications techniques.
+ Exécuter des tâches supplémentaires assignées par le gestionnaire.
+ Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des équipements, des matériaux et des locaux et les utiliser correctement.
+ Informer le chef d'équipe/gestionnaire des problèmes rencontrés en respectant les normes de production.
+ Assembler les équipements, nettoyer les locaux et compléter les dossiers de lot et les documents d'emballage.
+ Prendre les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la sécurité et l'intégrité en cas d'anomalies.
+ Enregistrer les entrées dans les systèmes de gestion de production.
+ Travailler en conformité avec les normes BPF et SSE, en appliquant les directives quotidiennement.
+ Signaler rapidement les préoccupations liées à la qualité ou à la SSE à la direction et proposer des améliorations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 2–7 years of experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing; familiarity with aircraft interiors/completions is a plus
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA V5, Creo, SolidWorks) CATIA V5 preferable
  • Strong grasp of Lean, SPC, line balancing, and capacity planning
  • Ability to interpret GD&T and engineering drawings to produce clear work instructions

The opportunity

dcbel is looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer that will be responsible for the industrialization, optimization, and continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual contributor with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to get directly involved to drive results.


Main responsibilities

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) ramp-up and training at contract manufacturer sites. Maintain issue logs and track issues to resolution.
  • Populate ERP, MRP, and PLM systems with accurate production data.
  • Own part quality, process optimization, and supplier industrialization throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor production throughput and quality metrics; recommend and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop, map, and optimize manufacturing process flows, takt times.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment with dcbels quality and manufacturing standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure robust error-proofing (poka-yoke) is built into manufacturing processes.
  • Lead and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) efficiently, preventing recurring issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting cost reduction, waste elimination, lead-time improvements, and quality enhancement.
  • Actively participate in design reviews with dcbel Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability and develop effective DFM (Design for Manufacturability) strategies in collaboration with suppliers.



Key requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience and proven ability.
  • 5+ years experience working with electromechanical products; quality management experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel 3040%, sometimes on short notice.

**What are your contributions to the team?**
- Develop short and medium-term capacity plans (labor and space).
- Align production plans for your sectors with the master plan and provide visibility.
- Communicate the plan for your sectors and its modifications.
- Monitor and measure adherence to the plan for your sectors (cycles and hours of delay).
- Create and provide performance reports for your sectors.
- Support your sectors in developing recovery plans as needed.
- Prepare scenarios to support manufacturing strategies for your sectors and provide:
o Visibility of the impact on labor (by trade and position according to the synchronized installation sequence provided by Industrial Engineering).
o Visibility of the impact on space.
o Risks of each scenario.
o Recommendation of the choice of one of the scenarios.
- Ensure the integrity of ERP system data regarding the various milestones of the master plan.
- Participate in production unit governance.
- Support and/or participate in improvement projects for your sectors.

- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or operations management.
- You have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in planning.
- You are highly efficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- You have natural leadership.
- You must be organized, manage your time efficiently, and be autonomous.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a major asset.
- You have good analytical, communication, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

The opportunity

dcbel is looking to hire a Manufacturing Information Analyst to join our data-driven manufacturing organization to spearhead the integration, management, and analysis of data from production, supply chain, testing, and quality control, using our ERP, PLM and MES systems. Youll drive operational growth by developing processes and managing the digital infrastructure that powers production, enhances visibility, automates workflows, and informs decision-making across our supply chain and contract manufacturing network. Your core responsibility will be to ensure our digital data twin accurately reflects every step of our procurement and manufacturing processes, mirroring the physical flow of goods in real time.


Main responsibilities

  • Manage BOMs, specifications, and process data in ERP/PLM systems; ensure data accuracy and system alignment; configure workflows and generate reports.
  • Optimize engineering and manufacturing workflows; standardize data entry and change management protocols.
  • Develop compatibility matrix management, production tracking tools, and fixed asset tracking processes.
  • Oversee ECOs, manage running/breaking changes in production, handle BOM updates, and coordinate with suppliers on BOM evolution.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for production, yield, and quality metrics; ensure real-time accuracy and usability. Monitor KPIs, produce reports, and propose data-driven enhancements.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, gather requirements, and deploy solutions to improve efficiency through ERP/PLM or other platforms.
  • Educate teams on system usage and best practices.
  • Work closely with engineering, supply chain and finance teams to integrate data and provide insights into operations-related data.



Key requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing, system integration, data management, and enterprise software configuration/automation, ideally with Microsoft Business Central.
  • Experience with manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
  • Proficient with PLM, ERP, MES and other manufacturing-related production systems.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI or Arena PLM.


Bonus skills

  • Bilingual English and French.
