**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field. A PhD is a strong asset.
+ 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
+ Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows.
+ Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
+ You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic.
+ Prior experience with Microsoft Semantic Kernel or similar tools is a strong asset.
+ Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
+ Deep understanding of LLMs and their optimization for enterprise use cases
