Minimum Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Diploma or Degree in human resources or equivalent practical experience.
- CHRP or CHRL designation is preferred.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience
- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration
- Knowledge of provincial and federal requirements and regulations, as related to employment law
Working @ Beyond Wireless
This is a full-time, permanent position working out of our Sudbury office. Although you’ll be responsible for and supporting Team Members across the organization, this will be your home base, with very little travel required. You will work Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Salary and Additional Compensation
- $70,000 to $80,000 annual salary

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and supervisors, coaching them on people matters and supporting HR policy implementation.
- Promote health & safety initiatives and contribute to a strong workplace safety culture.
- Maintain open communication with site teams to keep employees informed about business priorities.
- Support positive union/management relations and ensure compliance with the collective agreement.
- Assist in recruitment and hiring for both staff and unionized roles; lead onboarding and exit processes.
- Manage scheduling for training, onboarding, and vacation coverage; track overtime and absenteeism.
- Support workforce planning, including job vacancy forecasting and labor status reporting.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, performance management, and return-to-work cases.
- Coordinate training needs assessments and help deliver development programs.
- Participate in special HR projects and represent HR on joint committees.
- Collaborate on negotiation prep and ensure HR procedures meet legislative requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- CHRP designation is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a unionized, industrial environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.

We are looking for an energetic **Commercial Lines Senior Underwriter, Natural Resources** to join one of HUB International's MGA departments. Working with limited supervision, the successful candidate will underwrite new business within designated authority and actively seek out new opportunities. This is an ideal role for a strong technical underwriter with established broker networks.
As a Senior Commercial Underwriter for Natural Resources, you will help drive the growth and profitability of the business. You will build and strengthen broker relationships and leverage your expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit to build your book. You will be supported by a team of experienced practice leaders, managers, and executives, with access to an extensive range of products and capacity to enable your success. In this role, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues and management to provide value-added expertise and exceptional service to broker partners.
This position is a **remote** position, but preferably based in Alberta.
**Job Responsibilities**
This position will:
+ Perform risk analysis using internal and external data resources for the purpose of quoting, negotiating and authorizing the renewal of existing policies and acceptance of new opportunities for risks of a moderate to high complexity based on guidelines and retention goals of the company;
+ Develop and support professional business partnerships with brokers by providing prompt service, responding to inquiries, acting pro-actively and taking ownership of issues and resolving them with a solution-oriented approach;
+ Pursue and achieve production targets;
+ Travel occasionally to meet with brokers and others to promote our business and identify business opportunities;
+ Make decisions based on imperfect information;
+ Communicate decisions and respond in a prompt and professional manner;
+ Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external parties, including attending industry related seminars and networking events as necessary;
+ Negotiate coverage with brokers within and delegated authority parameters;
+ Manage, strengthen and grow a book of profitable business;

+ Complete loss reports and post-claim underwriting reviews.
**Qualifications**
You're a good fit if you have:
+ Have at least **7 years experience in Commercial P&C Underwriting** , with **at least 3 years of Natural Resources Underwriting** , or at least 10 years experience as a broker selling insurance for Natural Resources coverage.
+ Hold a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, CAIB designation, or equivalent;
+ Hold a **Level 2 broker license** or can qualify for a license within 90 days;
+ Have existing relationships within the industry you can leverage to attract business opportunities and grow your portfolio;
+ Have advanced knowledge in Natural Resources and associated risks;
+ Can lead a business development meeting with a broker to strengthen the existing relationship and prospect for new opportunities;
+ Have attended insurance industry events, such as broker conventions and networking events;
+ Are technically proficient to successfully navigate our computer programs.

Based in Sudbury, ON , the Civil Engineering Technician (Water Resources) will have a wide range of duties which focus on assisting in all aspects of Engineering project delivery.
What You’ll Do:
As part of the TULLOCH Engineering team, you will:
- Prepare plans, proposals, specifications, supporting documents, reports, and permit applications
- Work in a team to develop Site Plan preparation documents including site services, grading, drainage, and stormwater management
- Be entrusted with ensuring effective management of stormwater management, drainage and hydrology, wastewater conveyance, potable water distribution, earthworks, transportation, cost estimating, and other supporting areas of Water Management projects
- Prepare the preliminary and final linear infrastructure, road, and street designs
- Work in a larger team on Subdivision development projects
- Be responsible for construction inspections on various projects
Who You Are:
- You are willing to travel for site inspections and fieldwork on occasion
- You can pivot and alter approach to accomplish desired results

The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a relevant field of study (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Mining Engineering, or Natural Resources). Additionally, you should have:

- Experience in the use of Total Station and GPS Survey Equipment is considered an asset
- High motivation with results-oriented focus
- Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
