What You Will Do:

- Complete the Serv-Safe/SuperSafeMark and CP-FS training and become certified

Position Details:
This is a field-based position and will require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:
Territory: New Brunswick – Moncton, Fredericton, Balmoral to Woodstock and the surrounding areas
Overnight Travel : 3 to 4 times per month
Weekend Rotation: Once every 6 months
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma. Post secondary education preferred.
- 1-2 years of food industry experience. New graduates welcome!
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
- Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
- No Immigration Sponsorship available
Physical Demands: Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly

- Diriger et gérer sur le plancher, les équipes de service des quatre restaurants, du service aux chambres ainsi que des autres points de vente F&B dans l’hôtel;
- S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des besoins opérationnels et administratifs de l’établissement dans le but d’atteindre les différents indicateurs de performance;
- Faire respecter les standards élevés, les procédures et les normes de service que l’établissement met en place, et ce, sur une base quotidienne;
- Supporter l’équipe dans le contrôle des coûts et en particulier le coût nourriture et boisson;
- Aide à l’élaboration des plans d’action pour les différentes périodes de l’année;
- Gérer les problèmes des invités et réagir de façon rapide et professionnelle;
- Connaître parfaitement l’ensemble de nos produits : (plats, alcools et spiritueux);
- Faire respecter les politiques d’hygiène et de sécurité lors de la manipulation de nourriture et de boissons;
- Autres tâches, telles qu’assignées.
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en français et en anglais, afin de comprendre et discuter aisément avec une clientèle internationale, de façon régulière;
- Aptitude au leadership et travail en équipe : capacité à encadrer et collaborer avec des collègues, tout en favorisant une ambiance positive et un service client de qualité.
- Compétences organisationnelles et adaptabilité : aptitude à gérer efficacement les horaires, à respecter les priorités opérationnelles et à répondre aux besoins administratifs dans un environnement en évolution.

Within our industry leading Institutional division, this outside sales offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. After completing an initial training program, you will be assigned to an established territory of customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. What You Will Do:
