This is a manual labour position. There is room for advancement in our company for individuals who demonstrate ability, a strong work ethic, and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading and transporting roofing materials and equipment to and from the work site
• Clearing debris, removing old roofing materials, and scraping surfaces to prepare them for new installations.
• Hoisting materials to the roof, unrolling roofing felt, and applying layers of tar and gravel under the supervision of a skilled roofer.
• Support team members with heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
