As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor to our Commercial Sales Team and prospective customers. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and common SaaS architectures.

What will you be doing?

How You’ll Spend Your Time
Provide technical expertise and deep product knowledge to support pre-sales activities, including addressing technical questions, concerns, and objections raised by customer IT, Security, Architecture and Audit teams during the sales process.
Maintain and update the sales demo environment(s) and ensure demo stories are updated to highlight new features/functions and address industry challenges and trends.

Networking Concepts - Understanding of basic networking principles (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, IP whitelisting) to assist in integration and connectivity conversations.

API Integration Experience - Ability to explain RESTful APIs, data exchange formats (JSON/XML), and how integrations are typically implemented in healthcare environments.

Ability to commute to a local office Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; Charleston, SC; Toronto, ON) approximately 50% of the month
