Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. **What you'll do:**
The primary function of the Territory Sales and Service Manager is to increase the Market Share of Eaton and Eaton Cummins Joint Venture products at Heavy Duty and Medium Duty truck Fleets and OEM dealers throughout the territory. This position will develop and implement business plans to achieve territory, region, and division sales objectives in an intensely competitive market in North America. Truck Components sold include: Large Class 6-8 Manual Transmissions, Automated Electronic Transmissions, Clutches, Service Diagnostic Software, Lubricant, & Mobile Power products.
**Essential Functions Include:**
+ **Sales Territory Management:** Direct face to face sales role calling on Truck Fleet end users & all Truck OEM Dealerships. Territory includes all of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Role will require regular cycling through territory to create new business and to support growth in the product line with existing customers. Assess customer requirements and identify unique needs at targeted accounts. Design value propositions that drive year over year sales growth and focus on business sustainability. Assist with the introduction of new products to ensure rapid product adoption rate
+ **Product and Service Training:** Present to audiences of Sales & Service people both technical and non-technical (2-30 people). Train Dealers & End users in use of Eaton products, services, & warranty procedures. Participation in Industry Functions and Trade Shows
+ **Service Strategy:** Collaborate across the entire RFM organization including Technical Services, Call Center, Aftermarket , and Warranty to facilitate customer satisfaction. Conduct Customer Relationship Reviews (CRRs) to facilitate continuous improvement of Roadranger products and support. Develop and implement effective service support strategies at Key and At Risk Accounts to maintain customer satisfaction and RFM market share.
+ **Reporting:** Report Sales Cycle activities: wins & losses, target product metrics, sales probabilities, barriers to sales efforts, accounts at risk, etc. Assure reliability, accuracy, and relevancy of data in Customer Relationship Management (C360) system and Roadranger Warranty System (C360) by inputting data as required.

A detail-oriented **Inventory Control Clerk** will manage inventory, oversee factory layouts, and ensure the secure storage, receipt, and dispatch of materials. **The successful candidate** will ensure accurate inventory levels, reports shortages, comply with regulatory standards, and perform routine audits.
**Position Responsibilities:**
Receive, store, order, issue and record stores items and materials. Identify and check parts, tools and materials with identification on orders and adjust discrepancies according to established procedures. Attach priorities and record changes in status of orders. Release by schedule, prepare, package and protect parts, tools and materials for transportation, routing inventory throughout plant operations. Do cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory and stock records as required. This mill site includes a Log Yard, Green End, Drying, Pressing, Finishing and Shipping depts., Maintenance/Engineering. Annual production is 540mm3/8. The workforce of Approximately 160 employees is represented by the United Steelworkers Union (USW).
Key Functions:
The HED/GE Operations Area Manager reports to the Production Manager.
The HED/GE Operations Area Manager will be a coach for the associates in all aspects of work.
The Manager provides a daily focus on safety adherence, also direction in housekeeping, environmental, quality, productivity, and cost efforts.
Is a safety driven leader and coach practices Active Caring, Hands-on in housekeeping, quality, productivity & costs initiatives.
Plan & lead effective pre-shift meetings, training sessions, continuous improvement efforts.
Promotes change and growth as the key to sustained success and a way of life in working, establishes trust with associates through support, goal setting, action planning, and follow-up.

- Third Class Power Engineer certificate.
