Four Eyes Financial is uniquely positioned to be North America's #1 provider of retail investment advisor technology. We are experiencing significant growth and require the talents of a Sales & Marketing Associate to support our go-to-market strategy and customer engagement processes.
The successful candidate will contribute to the Sales and Marketing team by managing lead pipelines, enhancing customer communications, maintaining CRM systems, and supporting marketing activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Focus Areas
Sales Support & CRM Management: Support sales efficiency through effective Zoho CRM management.
- Maintain and optimize our use of Zoho CRM to ensure data accuracy, lead tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Assist in inputting, updating and maintaining customer and prospect records within Zoho CRM, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Support sales team activities, including preparation of sales collateral, organizing client meetings, and tracking outreach efforts.
- Generate reports and insights from Zoho CRM to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Marketing Execution : Support strategic marketing activities and campaigns that grow brand presence and generate leads.
- Assist in the execution of email marketing, digital campaigns, and social media initiatives in alignment with the company's growth goals.
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars, conferences and tradeshow executions.
- Help maintain marketing assets such as presentations, brochures, and newsletters.
- Develop content for various marketing channels including website, Linkedin, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all platforms.
Team Collaboration & Innovation : Contribute to team alignment and process improvement.
- Participate in team meetings, project planning, and strategy sessions.
- Identify and implement process improvements in sales and marketing operations.
- Contribute to content development, including copywriting and editing as needed.
Qualifications
- A graduate of Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 25 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems is required.
- Experience using creative design tools such as Canva and Adobe.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Sales & Marketing will lead the development and execution of Highstreets brand strategy, sales efforts, and marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a strategic and creative leader, who is passionate about storytelling and brand development.
This is a new role for Highstreet. While weve had great success in our first 20 years, we recognize its time to leverage the strength of our brand and grow into a challenging market. We have over 2,000 homes we havent started on yet and expect to sell in excess of 300 million in condos, and lease up approximately 1,200 homes, in the next 3 years. We need someone who is able and ready to take on that challenge in a tougher market than weve seen in years.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Leadership, management and accountability for the internal and external Sales & Marketing teams.
- Develop Highstreets marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, campaigns, and events across all projects and rental communities.
- Define and evolve the brand identity to ensure it is consistent, memorable and accurate.
- Design and lead data-driven customer acquisition and retention multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events etc.) that spotlight our unique qualities and values.
- Develop initiatives that highlight customer experiences, showcase success stories, and foster a sense of belonging within our communities.
- Analyze sales performance and marketing effectiveness to optimize strategy and forecast revenue.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and industry partners to amplify reach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, using insights to inform strategy and innovation to differentiate us in the market.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team and contribute to Highstreets strategic direction and overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Competencies:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in residential real estate, development, or related industry.
- Established track record of leading high-performing teams and scaling brand and sales operations.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into insight-driven action.
- Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and community impact.
- Skilled in digital and traditional marketing methods that support pre-sales, leasing and customer engagement in residential development projects.

Compensation Package:
Annual Salary: 170,000- 200,000 depending on experience
Annual Bonus: Highstreet pays an annual bonus based on company performance. A typical bonus for a Vice President is approximately 70% of annual salary. Determined annually, the bonus could be more or less depending on results.
Investment Opportunity: Highstreet encourages all employees to share in our success by offering the opportunity to invest in the projects we build and operate. To encourage employee investment, Highstreet matches employee investment at 50% up to 20% of annual salary (i.e. for every 1 invested by the employee, Highstreet invests 0.50 on the employees behalf). The investment is TFSA and RRSP eligible.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the creation of marketing content showcasing RSVFX’ best work, including sales collateral, demo reels and social media posts/graphics
- Execute targeted advertising and social media campaigns to develop community engagement
- Collaborate with sales team to provide marketing and sales administrative support
- Support People and Culture in administrative related tasks

- Assist in preparing client communications and press releases for external publication
- Assist in internal communication and promote company inclusive and positive culture

Qualifications:

- Superior skill-set in organization, problem-solving, time-management, multi-tasking, and operating in a fast-paced manner
