We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the (market) market.
What will be your agenda?
- Have +2 years’ experience in Client Services.
- Providing professional support to our clients (problem-solving, answering questions, phone calls). No cold calls.
- Are flexible to work rotating 8-hour shifts.
- Working with internal applications
- In case of interest, writing Forex, Stock, and Crypto-related articles
- Your written and spoken English and Mandarin/Vietnamese/French/Turkish is impeccable, and your communication skills are highly polished.
- Have a Post-secondary degree/diploma in related field.
What are we expecting from you?
- Develop customer systems and partner networks to increase brand recognition and revenue.
- Support Product Development to increase product value and keep up with market trends.
- Assist in developing promotional programs, bonuses, and new ideas to improve customer retention and attract more target customer groups.
- Effectively and efficiently manage each client interaction from first contact to resolution
- Assist clients in monitoring and managing accounts, this may be in person or over the phone;
- Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone up-to-date on the status of routine activities
- Keep current on WeMasterTrade's products, services, programs, policies and procedures
- Manage multiple inbound/outbound client support channels (i.e. phones, email, live chats, in-person)
- Resolve client problems in a professional manner, escalating issues as required
- Highly motivated and results-driven person
- Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on the company's products
- Knowledge of Forex and Stock trading
- Good organizational skills, good time management, and customer service orientation/experience

**What you'll do:**
In this role you will be responsible for achieving assigned Sales and Orders objectives for Engineering Services and applicable Eaton products, focusing on key target accounts in the British Columbia market. You'll also manage all aspects of the customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance to distributors, customers, contractors, and consultants, to drive sustainable sales growth. This role builds strong customer relationships through creating holistic, solution based electrical service proposals.
**Sales** - Implement sales plans and growth strategies, to achieve annual performance objectives. Prepare sales proposals and value propositions to satisfy customer needs and expectations. Understand, and be responsive to, market conditions and competitive activities; Communicate such information internally to drive corrective actions and inform Regional and District strategies. Continual utilization of customer leads through CRM for measurement and to support a sales pipeline of opportunities. Promote Eaton Engineering Services and products to optimize sales volume, product mix, and profitability. Lead planning and attend promotional events such as trade shows and training. This will include completing professional presentations to promote Eaton products and Engineering Services.
**Collaboration** - Achieve team Orders and Sales goals. Maintain co-operative and credible working relationships with internal personnel and channel, to consistently exceed customer expectations.
**Customer Relationships** - Cultivate customer, channel, and internal relationships. Develop bid strategies and quotations for customers using price and delivery guidelines, applying sound business decisions to enhance sales volume and margins.

**What will make you successful?**

**Qualifications:**
**Required (Basic) Qualifications:**
+ Post-secondary diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
+ Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or field experience in the electrical industry.
+ Must have a valid drivers license.
+ No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Candidates must reside within 100 km of Delta, BC or Kamloops, BC to be considered.
+ Candidates must be able to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering Technology, Power Systems Engineering, Business or related field.
+ Technical experience in the electrical industry.
+ P. Eng. or CET designation.
The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $112,935 to $141,168.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
