THE POSITION

The Sales Executive drives revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle of the company's proprietary illuminated safety products, from prospecting to closing. Focused on both domestic and international markets, this role identifies and secures new business opportunities across key segments such as work zones, temporary traffic control, and school crossing applications. The Sales Executive builds and maintains strong customer relationships, develops new markets, and represents the company at industry events to expand global reach. This role is ideal for a results-driven, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by the challenge of opening new markets and closing high-value deals.

HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT

  • Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and achieving strong sales results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver professional presentations that clearly communicate product value.
  • Negotiate solutions that meet customer needs and support company objectives.
  • Leverage CRM platforms, internet research, and other tools to track and identify sales opportunities and market prospects.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

  • College or university education preferred; degree or diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
  • Proven success in sales or business development with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, time management, and prioritizing in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, internet research, and Microsoft Office applications.
