We are in search of a part-time Sales Lead ready to contribute to our continuous expansion across the United States. This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring that all store operations in the store are occurring as expected, and providing a great experience in store. - Remerchandise the sales floor based on product sell-through or slow moving product, making strategic decisions that align with business needs
- Works closely with Inventory ASM to determine BOH and warehouse inventory levels
- Required to work specific days of the week depending on Visual/Inventory Management responsibilities
- Responsible for back of house organization, inventory management, receiving/transferring of goods, and weekly/quarterly inventory auditing.

- Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities

- More than 1 year of store retail experience, supervisor or leader experience preferred
