Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, other Architects and IT subject matter experts to advise and solution multiple projects in Salesforce Sales B2B & Retail and Subscription services.
- Partner with functional and internal teams to share information, build consensus, and help ensure work aligns with internal strategic priorities to achieve common goals and determine how best to implement solutions (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc).
- Be a part of IT CRM team and work with the IT and Business Groups to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions, plan and execute future releases

Leverage your knowledge of complex Salesforce ecosystems in order to deliver both declarative and non-declarative custom solutions.
Be the technical lead on Ateko’s most complex client engagements
Collaborate with Admins, Developers and Leadership to deliver the most efficient and scalable solutions to complex problems.
Design the data model, user interface, business logic and security for custom applications within Salesforce.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in IT, with at least five years in information system design.
- In-depth experience designing and implementing information solutions, with specialization in IT infrastructure (Server architecture (Windows and Linux), VDI, Virtualization, Networking projects).
- Strong Knowledge of enterprise networking, cyber security, identity management systems, Backup and Recovery, Monitoring tools, IaC.
- In-depth experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Sharepoint, OneDrive, M365 etc.)
- Knowledge of public Cloud technologies (IaaS, CaaS, SaaS, PaaS) running on Azure, GCP and AWS.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Experience in a factory IT environment.
- Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of working with board-level stakeholders.
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem-solving skills and ability to develop solution architecture designs.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF with Archimate or the equivalent.
- Bilingualism (French & English) - knowledge of English is required because you will be representing BRP in negotiations with vendors in the US and exchanging with stakeholders around the world.

We're seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our growing Enterprise Architecture (EA) team within Coveo's IT organization. This is a pivotal role for someone who can wear both technical and strategic hats. Leveraging your deep knowledge of integration, APIs, and automation, you'll act as a critical link between business and technology, shaping strategic architecture while driving the execution of practical, high-impact solutions.
Here is a glimpse at your responsibilities:- Design and document solution architectures for major cross-functional projects. Focus on integration, automation, and AI enablement.
- Support the evaluation and selection of technologies and platforms. Ensure they align with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Translate business requirements into high-level system designs, interface specs, and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with IT, Data, Security, and Business teams. Ensure solutions fit architecturally and are sustainable.
- Work with the Director of EA to assess the impact of new solutions while making sure they align with the capability models and roadmaps.
- Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other governance forums.
- Maintain architecture documentation, reference models, and reusable solution patterns.
- 8+ years of experience designing technical solutions in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with system integration, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud-native architectures.
- Certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF Foundation), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with AI/ML components or automation platforms (e.g., RPA, LLM APIs, AI SaaS platforms) is an advantage.
