**Required technical and professional expertise**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Salesforce Architect or a similar role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Proven expertise in Salesforce transormation and strong understanding of system integration principles, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Salesforce releases and trends.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Background in a specific industry (e.g., Public sector, finance, healthcare, retail) could be beneficial.
Demonstrated some project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment
