Overview
We are seeking talented and passionate Hair Stylists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your expertise in hair care, along with your strong customer service skills, will help create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hair styling services including cuts, color, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients as they arrive.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Attend and implement company provided training

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon setting is essential.
• Experience in upselling services and retail products is preferred.
• Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while multitasking in a busy environment.
