Our client is seeking a semi-retired SAP Logistics Analyst in the GTA with over 10 years of logistics expertise. The ideal candidate has strong experience with SAP, kanban, pull systems, inventory management, material planning, and production scheduling. Knowledge of electronics and automotive logistics is a plus. Candidates must understand Incoterms, safety stock, lead times, and regulatory requirements, and have a proven track record managing logistics from order to receipt and supplier to customer.

Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in an HR or IT related field.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 4+ years in a business systems analytic role with hand-on Workday security experience as well as exposure to Workday HCM and other modules.
• Possess strong knowledge of Workday architecture including domain and business process security policies, role and user-based permissions, as well as segregation of duties and privacy concepts.
• Experience in compliance or IT audit (e.g. SOX).
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Experienced in effectively interacting, communicating and advising business partners.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular.
• Proven track record of tact, confidentiality, initiative and sound judgment.
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, compliance and best practices.
• Familiar with or openness to learn SAP to support troubleshooting integrations between Workday and SAP (i.e. master data and payroll integration) .

Résumé du poste:
Nous recherchons un Business Analyst Scrum Vous assumerez le rôle de Business Analystr dans une équipe Agile de 5 à 10 personnes pour le développement d’applications spécifiques dans le secteur de l’aérospatial. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et internationale pour assurer la réussite des projets.
Principales responsabilités:
Business Analyst :
- Analyse du besoin métier, conduite d'ateliers
- Définition et cadrage des besoins utilisateurs ou « User Stories »
- Rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles, consolidation de spécifications fonctionnelles existantes
- Rédactions de plan de tests, participation au déroulement des tests IT
- Support aux tests métiers
- Participation à l'amélioration continue
- Contrôle des attendus et de leur niveau de qualité
Requirements
Experience :
- Expérience en tant que Business Analyst au sein d'une équipe de développement informatique
- Expérience dans l’outil de gestion Agile (Jira)
Education & Certifications :
- Niveau Bachelor dans le domaine industriel, mécanique, aéronautique, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe
Compétences :
- Excellente compréhension technique et fonctionnelle du processus de fabrication, d’assemblage dans le secteur aéronautique
- Leadership et compétences en animation
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité avérée à jouer un rôle de facilitateur, vous possédez un excellent relationnel et appréciez le travail en équipe
- Compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité à s'adapter aux changements et à agir en conséquence, avoir une approche flexible
- Connaissance des technologies numériques, et de leurs applications dans le secteur aérospatial.
- Compréhension des réglementations, des normes et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie aérospatiale.
