This group will consist of both business process and technical experts across multiple domains, who will provide support and continuous improvement to enable the business and wider organization to achieve its goals and future growth objectives. • Support peer review of design standards and specifications.

• Acquire knowledge of emerging functionality / solutions, and contribute to their successful implementation within the businesses, where appropriate.

• Govern the transition and handoff from the project delivery team to the application support team.

• Support the data analytics team in providing data domain expertise in developing business intelligence reports.

• Assist with the resolution of complex application support and maintenance issues, where relevant.

• Contribute to decisions on product, tool, and method selection, providing input on industry trends.

• Supports the business and SAP Business Advisers / Partners.

• Support organizational change management functions in the development and delivery of end user training, change impact assessments and job aids.

• Suggest improvements for the solutions maintenance/operation.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• University degree or equivalent in experience.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP eWM and preferably one end to end implementation cycle in an SAP implementation or a roll out project.

• Good understanding of EWM’s integration with other SAP modules especially with TM,SD and MM.

• Having knowledge of SAP LE module is an asset but not mandatory.

• Base knowledge of warehouse management, warehouse organization structure, putaway strategies, picking strategies, wave management, physical inventory, integration with RF devices (mobile data entry).

• Demonstrate expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management functionalities and capable of designing and implementing SAP best practices.

• Perform an active role in internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.

• Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP,good understanding of EDI and IDOC messages.

• Understanding of S4 HANA processes.

• Experience with cutover, go-live and data migration.

• Experience with international and large-scale projects.

• Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers.

• Interest in international trade and commerce.

• Dynamic, innovative and problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities.

About this opportunity:

The Enterprise Data and IT team has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Business Systems Analyst, reporting to the Manager of HRIS. As an ideal candidate you will have proven experience in Workday security architecture, maintenance and controls to advise on good governance and best practice administration. In addition to this, you will have demonstrated Business Analyst experience supporting Human Resources initiatives in various Workday modules (e.g. HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, etc.).

What you’ll do:

• Guide and execute the management of security policies, roles, and permissions within the Workday system.

• Support the integrity, confidentiality and availability of Workday data through effective security configuration, role-based security controls and continuous monitoring.

• Conduct and help develop processes for regular security audits, role reviews and segregation of duties analysis to ensure proper compliance.

• Collaborate with IT, HRIS and HR teams to implement or advise on security updates required for business initiatives.

• Support integrations by advising on proper security administration for API/Web Services and third-party applications.

• Develop and maintain Workday security documentation to support education and training on Workday best practices and alignment with company requirements.

• Support compliance with data privacy laws.

• Provide training and support to end users and system administrators on security best practices.

• Plan, test and support system releases and maintenance window activities, including review, testing, recommendations, and end user adoption.

• Support configuration and operational maintenance actions in various Workday modules as required, including Human Capital Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, Reporting etc.

• Provide day-to-day support for HR system users, which may involve responding to general inquiries, troubleshooting, and data fixes.

• Continuously look for opportunities to streamline HRIS processes and system.

• Participate in data validation, testing and other project work as required.

• Ensure awareness of evolving technical and business capabilities.

• Demonstrate a commitment to SOX compliance with 0 non-remediated findings/exceptions.

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in an HR or IT related field.

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.

• 4+ years in a business systems analytic role with hand-on Workday security experience as well as exposure to Workday HCM and other modules.

• Possess strong knowledge of Workday architecture including domain and business process security policies, role and user-based permissions, as well as segregation of duties and privacy concepts.

• Experience in compliance or IT audit (e.g. SOX).

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member.

• Experienced in effectively interacting, communicating and advising business partners.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular.

• Proven track record of tact, confidentiality, initiative and sound judgment.
