- Lead the development of Trusscores data infrastructure to support real-time manufacturing insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations between MS SQL Server, Power Apps, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), SCADA platforms (e.g., Ignition), and manufacturing equipment.
- Build interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Oracle Analytics, and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to enable performance monitoring and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain SQL and Python-based data transformation workflows to standardize, clean, and model raw data for downstream analysis.

Role Purpose
Reporting to the VP, Education, Compliance & Deputy Registrar, the Manager, Data Analytics & Compliance will serve as the leader responsible for supporting the development of the enterprise-wide data strategy, business intelligence and analytics. In this role, the individual will lead a team to understand the informational needs for business operations, condominium community clients and the public. As a data driven organization, the Manager is responsible for managing the team in operationalizing a multi-year business intelligence and data analytics strategy and roadmap to drive improvements in business performance and to provide meaningful data that helps the organization with better insights into Ontarios condominium sector. This will also involve all aspects of data management, including data governance, collection and stewardship, data quality, and integration and modelling. The Manager will work with the IT department on enhancements to the data architecture and development of the data warehouse, and supporting the enterprise business teams in the use of data for service enhancements and decision-making while leveraging the use of advanced analytics and machine learning/AI as applicable. - Oversee all steps in the CAOs compliance processes including issuance of a Registrar Certificate or Registrar Compliance Orders and any appearancesbefore the Licensing Appeal Tribunal
- Using Business Intelligence dashboards and other internal data sources, monitor and report on quality and responsiveness of communication strategies and compliancemeasures and recommend enhancements to IT systems (e.g. Director Training, condoreturns, notice of change).

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge requirements
- University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or combination of education and experience

A successful candidate will have hands on experience crafting embedded analytics applications, possess a background in software engineering and understand the latest methods and techniques in provisioning key visualizations and self-service capabilities within our data products.
In the role of an Analytics Engineer, a qualified candidate will work across engineering and data related assignments, contributing to the development of analytics products and using a data-driven mindset to solve business problems across the organization.
Expedition Expectations
- Data Management: Data collection and processing across various raw and unimproved data marts.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and implement key visualizations, reports, modeling and performance improving optimizations to our core data products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business units to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights and solutions to data problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex IT data sets to drive process improvements and policy development.
- Analytics & Insights: Provide key and differentiating industry insights for our customers through clear and concise analytical representations of core travel data.
Passport to Success
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with databases of all varieties including RDBMS SQL based platforms as well as document stores.
- Demonstrable experience with a programming language typically used in the field of data and analytics engineering e.g. Python, R or Scala.
- Experience and understanding of web application development, front-end reactive applications such as VueJS or React as well as familiarity with middle and back-end software development methodologies.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and SCM through Git or an alternative.
- Cloud proficiency:
- Experience with a cloud providers such as Amazon AWS, Azure or GCP and associated data platforms and products they provide.
- Analytics:
- Full understanding of the data lifecycle, from pipeline development to warehouse architecture to reporting and analytics enablement.
- Senior level experience with more than one cloud-based analytics platform such as Looker, Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience developing semantic models across wide-reaching data in sustainable and performant ways.
- Exposure and understanding to cloud-based warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, DataBricks or Azure DataLake.
- Prior experience implementing governance and compliance related frameworks to analytics data products.
- Inquisitive diagnostic skills related to query and system tuning and performance.
- Experience building bespoke data products from the ground up that utilize analytics and business intelligence platforms in an integration manner for visuals and core functionality.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Data & Analytics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data, is deeply curious, and is passionate about driving performance through actionable insights. In this position, you’ll play a key role in support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCP) personalization initiatives and optimizing affiliate marketing performance, while contributing to the broader measurement and analytics strategy for goeasy’s digital marketing efforts.
You collaborate closely with stakeholders across Digital Marketing, Lifecycle, Affiliate, Business Intelligence, and Risk & Analytics, supporting campaign performance measurement, channel attribution, and customer segmentation strategies that enable more effective, data-driven decision-making.
What you will be doing?
- Analyze and report on marketing performance across key channels, including affiliate marketing, email/SMS (via Salesforce Marketing Cloud), paid media (Google, Meta), web, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with lifecycle marketers and Salesforce MCP users to track, analyze, and optimize personalized journeys, ensuring timely and relevant insights are shared with campaign owners.
- Develop performance dashboards and automated reporting solutions to provide visibility into personalization KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and the affiliate channel’s contribution to loan growth and revenue.
- Support the execution of our multi-touch attribution model to evaluate and improve cross-channel performance throughout the customer journey.
- Work with internal BI and analytics teams to integrate first-party data into segmentation strategies and enhance targeting precision across CRM and paid channels.
- Contribute to tagging, tracking, and attribution frameworks for affiliate and MCP campaigns, ensuring proper UTM usage and consistent source data across platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.).
- Assist with the implementation and management of GA4 and GA360 to ensure accurate capture of digital marketing activity and enable robust performance analysis.
- Partner with external stakeholders (e.g. Salesforce, affiliate networks, agencies) to maximize platform value and apply best practices that drive ROI.
- Deliver regular and ad hoc insights to marketing stakeholders to inform budget allocation, test-and-learn strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Build models or forecasts to support loan volume growth, customer acquisition goals, and personalized offer effectiveness using internal and third-party data sources.
What experience do you have?
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or digital analytics, ideally in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of digital media, affiliate marketing, and CRM analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and affiliate marketing platforms or networks is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, UTM frameworks, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Comfortable working with data manipulation tools like advances Excel; experience with SQL or BigQuery is a plus.
