**Job Title: SAP Canada: Senior Facility Specialist**
**Role Purpose & Responsibilities:**
As a Facility Specialist, you will implement global and regional Real Estate & Facilities strategies at the local level, overseeing facility operations and supporting property transactions in Vancouver and Calgary. You will act as the main liaison for local stakeholders, ensuring efficient workplace solutions, regulatory compliance, and alignment with SAP's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) policies.
+ Partner with project teams, suppliers, and shared services to oversee the conception, planning, utilization, maintenance, renovation, and redevelopment of office space.
+ Coordinate the physical workplace to support organizational needs, including building management, maintenance, repairs, and compliance with environmental, health, and security standards.
+ Proactively support and optimize how teams and visitors use the workspace, ensuring environments are welcoming, functional, and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
+ Recommend and execute facility improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, executives, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
+ Partner with and oversee shared services to ensure integrated, efficient, and high-quality delivery of facility and real estate support functions.
+ Participate in the development of innovative workplace strategies in collaboration with regional teams.
+ Monitor facility safety and security, respond rapidly to incidents, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Oversee facility budgets, financial analysis, and reporting, contributing to continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
+ Lead the Vancouver Environmental Management System (EMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 standards, including preparation for and management of internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement in environmental performance.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
+ Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Finance, Legal, Business, or a related field; professional organization membership is an advantage.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate at all organizational levels, including executives.
+ Demonstrated expertise in facilities management, construction, real estate, and strategic planning.
+ Solution-oriented mindset with a high focus on customer service and innovation.
+ Experience in change management and financial control.
+ Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

**The Delivery Executive (DE)** provides effective project/program oversight for one or more Value or Strategic accounts. In this billable role, the DE works closely with the customer, the Services Client Partner, and other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions and is a significant contributor to the overall success of the customer relationship. The DE is responsible for ensuring that effective Program Governance is established for each account and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post-go live. In addition to delivery support, the DE is responsible for positioning additional SAP Services in support of the success of the customer. The DE may be required to provide oversight for PDDs, DMs, and/or PMs, and ensures engagement in their account(s).
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
+ Assists the SAP license sales team in the closing of any software deals by providing oversight to the implementation planning & estimating and coordinating multiple SAP LOBs and partners as required.
+ Builds credibility/trust with Strategic & Value Account customers in solution support solution implementation phase.
+ During implementations, manage overall services relationship between customer, partner and SAP to ensure that projects / programs are delivered on-time, within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction through billable consulting.
+ Business development - actively identifies and develops business opportunities; creates long term value plans with customer to achieve customer business objectives and expanding SAP services on the account.
+ Responsible for analyzing and executing on strategic projects, building consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy, and communicating project goals at a strategic level
+ Provides guidance to the SAP project team including resource strategy, issues and escalation management, project execution, and general information. Work with CP when new Service Sales opportunities are identified to expand business and continually inform Management of opportunity status and revenue KPIs for their Value or Strategic Account(s)
+ Provide talent and workforce management by following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planning.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ 7 Years of program management experience in 4 SAP Software project lifecycles
+ Must have experience delivering software in Enterprise Environments (Fortune 100 or larger)
+ Must have superior project financials business acumen (forecasting, allocated revenue, etc.)
+ Must be PMP Certified
+ Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred
**Additional Requirements:**
+ 10 years of SAP services sales and delivery experience including services management experience. Major Systems Integrator experience preferred.
+ ERP implementation leadership experience.
+ Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration.

Responsibilities
- Lead software implementations for PrismHR customers, to include overall customer communications, project management, system configuration, testing and training.
