This role is designed to be part of the newly defined SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) organization at BRP. This group will consist of both business process and technical experts across multiple domains, who will provide support and continuous improvement to enable the business and wider organization to achieve its goals and future growth objectives. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Understand BRP business model to optimally use your technical skills and align the SAP solutions with its goal and needs.
Provide knowledge in the SAP eWM to respond to business requirements, and position potential solutions.
Develop relationships with key business users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution.
Support the business and PMO in demand management and project prioritization.
Participate in the elaboration of projects/implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and contribute toward continuous improvement and application maintenance activities.
Develop and provide standards and best practices to the PMO and support teams for project delivery and application maintenance.
Participate in relevant implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, configuration, testing and implementation.
Ensure specifications are matching business requirements. Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.
Develops functional specifications and design specifications.
Support peer review of design standards and specifications.
Acquire knowledge of emerging functionality / solutions, and contribute to their successful implementation within the businesses, where appropriate.
Govern the transition and handoff from the project delivery team to the application support team.
Support the data analytics team in providing data domain expertise in developing business intelligence reports.
Assist with the resolution of complex application support and maintenance issues, where relevant.
Contribute to decisions on product, tool, and method selection, providing input on industry trends.
Supports the business and SAP Business Advisers / Partners.
Support organizational change management functions in the development and delivery of end user training, change impact assessments and job aids.
Suggest improvements for the solutions maintenance/operation.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
University degree or equivalent in experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP eWM and preferably one end to end implementation cycle in an SAP implementation or a roll out project.
Good understanding of EWM’s integration with other SAP modules especially with TM,SD and MM.
Having knowledge of SAP LE module is an asset but not mandatory.
Base knowledge of warehouse management, warehouse organization structure, putaway strategies, picking strategies, wave management, physical inventory, integration with RF devices (mobile data entry).
Demonstrate expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management functionalities and capable of designing and implementing SAP best practices.
Perform an active role in internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.
Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP,good understanding of EDI and IDOC messages.
Understanding of S4 HANA processes.
Experience with cutover, go-live and data migration.
Experience with international and large-scale projects.
Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers.
Interest in international trade and commerce.
Dynamic, innovative and problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
