Nous recherchons un Chef de projet expérimenté avec une solide expérience des processus de fabrication et de chaîne d’approvisionnement pour diriger divers projets d’implantation d’applications et d’amélioration continue des processus. Ce rôle va au-delà de la gestion de projet traditionnelle — il exige un professionnel qui comprend en profondeur les processus d’affaires, capable de porter plusieurs chapeaux (PM/BA), et d’agir comme personne-ressource clé auprès des équipes techniques et des parties prenantes d’affaires.

Responsabilités principales
  • Diriger de bout en bout la livraison de projets d’implantation d’applications, d’améliorations de systèmes et d’initiatives d’optimisation des processus dans les fonctions manufacturières et logistiques.

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins d’affaires, recueillir les exigences et s’assurer que les projets s’alignent sur les objectifs opérationnels.

  • Servir de pont entre les équipes d’affaires et TI, en appliquant à la fois la discipline de gestion de projet et une approche d’analyste fonctionnel.

  • Gérer les plans de projet, budgets, échéanciers, risques et ressources en utilisant Monday.com pour la planification de projets et des ressources.

  • Animer les rencontres avec les parties prenantes, produire des rapports d’avancement et présenter les suivis aux comités de direction.

  • Appuyer les initiatives liées aux ERP, y compris la chaîne d’approvisionnement, les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes clients, l’implantation de systèmes de gestion d’entrepôt et des modules financiers.

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain processes to lead a variety of application implementations and continuous business improvement projects. This role goes beyond traditional project management — it requires a professional who understands business processes deeply, can wear multiple hats (PM/BA), and can serve as the go-to resource for both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with project teams, functional analysts, and data leads to ensure seamless integration of SAP Basis activities with overall project goals.

Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and procedures.

Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure the skill development of team members.

Incident and Problem Management: Lead incident and problem resolution efforts, collaborating with support teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
*
Extensive experience as an SAP Basis professional, with a focus on S/4HANA
*
In-depth knowledge of SAP technical architecture, system administration, and performance optimization.
*
Requires knowledge of available infrastructure, related system software, system integration techniques, network management.
*
Wide Experience in S/4HANA, ECC, NetWeaver, BW4/HANA, BTP, Cloud Connector, Fiori/Gateway (Embedded and Distributed), Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects Platform (Business Intelligence and Data Services), Lumira Platform, SLT.
*
Proficient in HANA Database administration. This includes but is not limited to administration via HANA studio and operating system interfaces, implementation of HA/DR replication, execution of failover procedures (with Pacemaker proficiency), utilization of HANA cockpit, backup administration, among other responsibilities.
*
Experience working with SaaS solutions such as SAC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur is an asset.
*
Ability to drive the client to make difficult decisions during transformation programs, navigate complex business problems, and translate to SAP functional requirements.
*
Strong understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.
*
Experience in Implementations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode conversions.
*
Experience and knowledge of additional database technologies such as Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MySQL, etc.
*
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with remote office locations.
*
Growth-mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
*
Strong presentation skills with high degree of comfort in communicating with developers, offering managers, sellers, and executive management.

Ability to plan and estimate development tasks (ideally within an Agile framework)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and help clients successfully design, implement, and optimize their HR systems. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into smart solutions, and guide them through every step — from planning and setup to training and go-live. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and seeing real results from your work, this role is for you.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Meet with clients to understand their business goals and define project scope.

Work closely with people at all levels of a client’s organization.

Present solutions clearly through meetings, reports, and presentations.

Support business development activities and build strong client relationships.

Translate business needs into software, system, and functional requirements.

Provide independent, relevant, and practical advice on using SAP SuccessFactors effectively.

Design and develop client solutions, and lead new system implementations.

Train and educate users on the correct use of system functionality.

Prepare documentation, training materials, and lead user acceptance testing.

Design, configure, test, and monitor new system setups.

Track progress and present regular updates to clients and internal teams.

Identify training needs and organize sessions for users and team members.

Manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.

Think creatively to solve problems and support your team.

Assist with pre-sales work such as RFP responses, presentations, demos, and client discussions.

SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central Certification.
