We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to oversee the design, development, and execution of training strategies for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA business transformation. This pivotal role spans the full project lifecycle—from pre-implementation preparation through deployment and sustainment.
Project:

Responsibilities:
- Develop training paths, curriculums, and plan for project team training to support successful start an of SAP S4HANA project, both for business and IT project roles.
- Set-up and manage SAP WalkMe (or similar tool) to manage learning paths and completion
- Manage / coordinate all learning events
- Develop onboarding plans and material for project team members.
- Work with various vendors for team mobilization (where applicable), manage onboarding plans for new team members and other onboarding logistical requirements.
- Identify project team external training requirements, prep project team training RFQ/RFP, identify possible training vendors, lead process for training vendor selection, and onboard training vendors.
- Conduct training assessment
- Develop Learning and Development Strategy for training end-users (internal and external) that will be impacted by SAP S/4HANA implementation that drives identified outcomes (e.g. user proficiency) and measurements

- Manage training team composed of internal employees, contractors and 3rd party vendor staff
