As a Project Manager, Capital Planning, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing capital projects from inception to completion. This role involves strategic budgeting and coordination of resources to ensure projects align with organizational goals and financial constraints. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop detailed plans and execute projects efficiently, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing associated risks with capital investments. To be successful, you will combine strong leadership, analytical & communication skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing reserve fund study, performance audit, and building condition assessments for the owners and operators of industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional buildings;
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline and resource allocation
- Conducting on-site review and documentation of site work, structural framing, building envelope, mechanical systems, plumbing equipment, electrical systems, conveying equipment, and interior finishes;
- Drafting and finalizing reports and communicating the results of reviews to the client, including meetings with clients as needed;
- Maintaining open communication with internal and external stakeholders, including changes in services/scope of work, identifying potential risks/project challenges and managing expectations;
- Consulting on apparent life-cycle, remaining life, and probable repair or replacement strategies;
- Developing Class D, order-of-magnitude, cost estimates for the strategies;
- Formulating cash flow scenarios related to short-, medium-, and long-term repair and replacement needs;

Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of a single project.
Proficiency in Planview (or similar project portfolio management tools) is considered an asset.

Oversee the financial management of the project, including managing the in-year budget, multi-year financials, and benefits in partnership with finance.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bacheloru2019s degree in a related discipline with 5+ years of experience in project management, including overseeing complex, cross-functional projects or workstreams.

As part of the Enterprise Delivery Division of Customer Experience, the Project Manager has an overall responsibility for the successful planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of Intelex system implementations.
**Responsibilities and Deliverables**
**Implementation Support**
+ Lead, plan and organize all phases of projects in collaboration with (Sr.) Solution Architects and (Sr.) Project Consultants to develop project plans that align to the requirements and effort of client solutions.
+ Effectively communicates with the client, Intelex project team and other cross-functional departments in order to ensure all project requirements and milestones are understood and delivered according to the project plan.
+ Coordinates project requirements with clients in order to ensure complete alignment on project deliverables.
+ Ensures all client information / data requirements are received and communicated.
+ Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate in order to meet requirements.
+ Facilitates the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, including project budget.
+ Effectively applies implementation methodology and enforces project standards.
