To have success in this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales teams to drive new customer acquisition and business growth within the logistics sector. Your in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, particularly in logistics and supply chain management, will be crucial for ensuring our customers' success and expanding Talan Americas' SAP practice.  

• Presales Deal Support : Qualify opportunities, assess, and validate customer needs, and align technology roadmaps with SAP solutions throughout the sales cycle. 
• SAP Expertise : Leverage in-depth knowledge of the SAP portfolio, including S/4HANA, Cloud solutions, and RISE, to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients. 
• Customer-Centric Solutions : Lead discovery meetings, understand business requirements, and propose tailored SAP solutions to address customer goals and pain points. 
• Functional & Technical SAP Expertise : Apply your strong background in SAP Logistics and Supply Chain modules, including S/4HANA transformations and Cloud solutions, to analyze business processes and determine optimal solution components. 
• Compelling Presentations : Develop and deliver impactful presentations and tailored demonstrations that showcase the value of SAP solutions. 
• Opportunity Management : Manage the full sales cycle for SAP solutions, prepare proposals, coordinate with stakeholders, and secure approvals, ensuring successful deal closures. 
• Sales Strategy & Growth : Contribute to sales strategies and identify new opportunities for SAP solutions in existing and potential accounts.

• Expertise SAP confirmée : 
  • 7 ans et plus d'expérience en tant que Consultant fonctionnel SAP ERP OU 5 ans et plus dans un rôle de Prévente SAP ERP. 
  • Maîtrise approfondie de S/4HANA, des solutions Cloud, de la méthodologie RISE et des modules Logistique/Chaîne d'approvisionnement. 
• Esprit de vente et orientation client :  
  • Capacité à comprendre les enjeux clients, à vulgariser les bénéfices des solutions proposées et à influencer positivement les décisions.  
  • Approche axée sur l’écoute, la clarté et la création de valeur à chaque interaction. 
• Communication percutante et engagement client : 
  • Excellentes aptitudes de présentation, plus précisément en démonstration de produits. Vous arrivez facilement à synthétiser des concepts complexes. 
  • Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais afin notamment de communiquer avec une clientèle située partout en Amérique du Nord.

Pour soutenir notre développement au Québec, nous cherchons un.e consultant.e support applicatif SAP EWM/WM. Dans ce rôle, tu accompagneras nos clients dans le soutien quotidien aux applications, la résolution des problèmes et l'amélioration continue de leurs systèmes logistiques SAP.

TES TÂCHES ET REPONSABILITÉS :

• Assurer le support quotidien et la maintenance des modules SAP EWM et/ou WM
• Concevoir, paramétrer, tester, mettre en production des systèmes d’information dans le cadre des activités de support des applications SAP et dans le respect des SLA
• Réaliser les demandes d’évolutions des systèmes des clients au travers de chiffrages, documentation, tests et assistance
• Identifier, interpréter, valider et documenter les interventions auprès du client 
• Communiquer clairement les solutions aux membres de l’équipe et aux utilisateurs 

• Diplôme universitaire en systèmes d’information ou dans un programme lié à l’informatique
• Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans SAP EWM ou WM, principalement dans une fonction de support.
• L'expérience en implémentation ou support SAP d'autre modules de la suite logistique (par exemple, MM, SD, LE) sera considérée comme un atout majeur
• Forte compréhension des opérations d'entreposage et des flux logistiques dans SAP
• La connaissance de l’ABAP (lecture et debug) est un atout
• Une expérience en tant qu'utilisateur clé est un atout
• Facilité à communiquer et à travailler en équipe 
• Capacité à gérer et prioriser les tâches multiples 
• Avoir une approche orientée vers le service client
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome 
• Esprit d’analyse, de réflexion et de résolution de problèmes critiques
• Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion des tickets (par exemple, ServiceNow, Jira, autre.)
• Tous les postes basés au Québec exigent une maîtrise complète du français à l’écrit et à l’oral. De plus, des compétences fonctionnelles en anglais sont également souhaitées pour répondre aux besoins de nos bureaux et de notre clientèle à l’international.
