Se rapportant à l'un de nos Gestionnaires d'équipe SAP Finance, le/la Consultant(e) intermédiaire, SAP Finance, est membre de l'équipe SAP Finance de Talan et joue un rôle actif dans la transformation numérique de nos clients. 

En tant qu'expert(e) en solutions financières SAP, vous contribuez à la conception et à l'optimisation des modèles financiers sur S/4HANA Finance, en mettant l'accent sur les implémentations Public Cloud. Vous soutenez l'équipe tout au long des phases du projet, de l'intégration aux modules logistiques jusqu'au support post-livraison. Vous participez activement à la formation et au soutien de vos pairs au sein de l'équipe. 

Votre mission consiste à : 

A. Connaissance métier 

• Contribuer à la conception et à l'optimisation des modèles financiers sur S/4HANA Finance, avec une expérience avérée en implémentations Public Cloud. 
• Maîtriser les fonctionnalités financières dans S/4 Hana Public Cloud et participer à la conception et à l'optimisation de modèles financiers répondant aux exigences des clients. 

B. Collaboration et esprit d'équipe 

• Participer aux ateliers fonctionnels avec les équipes finance des clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et processus. 
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes logistiques et techniques pour assurer une intégration harmonieuse des solutions financières. 

C. Partage des connaissances 

• Contribuer à la formation et à l'encadrement des consultants juniors sur les aspects techniques et fonctionnels de SAP Finance. 
• Soutenir le transfert de connaissances structuré aux équipes clients pour l'adoption des nouvelles solutions. 

D. Excellence Opérationnelle 

• Assurer la pérennité et l'optimisation continue des processus financiers implémentés, en veillant à la qualité des livrables. 
• Participer à la gestion du changement et à la transition des processus financiers vers S/4HANA Finance. 

Job Description 

Reporting to one of our SAP Finance Team Managers, the SAP Finance Consultant, is a member of Talan's SAP Finance team and is an essential partner in the digital transformation of our clients. 

As an SAP Finance Consultant, you bring proven expertise in designing and optimizing financial models on S/4HANA Finance, with a particular focus on Public Cloud implementations. You play a key role in the different project phases, from design to integration with logistics modules and post-delivery support. Your ability to transform client needs into concrete and effective solutions is an asset to our team and our clients. 

Your mission consists of: 

A. Business Knowledge 

• Contribute to the design and optimization of financial models on S/4HANA Finance, with proven experience in Public Cloud implementations. 
• Master SAP financial modules (FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, Public Cloud) and participate in the design and optimization of financial models that meet client requirements. 

B. Collaboration and Team Spirit

• Participate in functional workshops with client finance teams to understand their needs and processes. 
• Collaborate closely with logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of financial solutions. 

C. Knowledge Sharing 

• Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior consultants on the technical and functional aspects of SAP Finance. 
• Support the structured transfer of knowledge to client teams for the adoption of new solutions. 

D. Operational Excellence 

• Ensure the sustainability and continuous optimization of implemented financial processes, ensuring the quality of deliverables. 
• Participate in change management and the transition of financial processes to S/4HANA Finance.

Qualifications

• Formation : Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en comptabilité ou l'équivalent. Titre professionnel (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA ou équivalent) est un atout. 
• Expertise technique :  
  • Trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente en implantation de projets SAP et des modules financiers SAP.  
  • Expérience démontrée en finance dans la livraison de projets S/4HANA Public Cloud

Qualifications 

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent. Professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA or equivalent) is an asset. 
• Technical Expertise :  
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in SAP project implementation and SAP financial modules.  
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering S/4HANA Finance Public Cloud projects. 
• Industry Knowledge : Understanding of financial processes in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics business contexts. 
• Autonomy and Proactivity : Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and proactivity in task management and problem-solving.

• Certification SuccessFactors LMS.
• Certification SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced person with excellent communication, analytical skills, and SAP Basis work experience, to fulfill the key role of SAP Basis Lead on an S/4HANA Transformation Project.
Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzes, designs, builds, and/or configures activities necessary for the initial build or periodic refresh of components for the SAP environments.

Lead the planning and execution of the SAP S/4HANA migration, including system upgrades, data migrations, and technical landscape optimization.

Implement strategies for optimizing the performance and scalability of SAP systems, including monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
*
Establish and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP landscapes to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
*
Implement and manage SAP security policies and authorizations, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of critical business data.

Work closely with project teams, functional analysts, and data leads to ensure seamless integration of SAP Basis activities with overall project goals.

Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and procedures.

**Required technical and professional expertise**

Extensive experience as an SAP Basis professional, with a focus on S/4HANA
*
In-depth knowledge of SAP technical architecture, system administration, and performance optimization.

Requires knowledge of available infrastructure, related system software, system integration techniques, network management.

Wide Experience in S/4HANA, ECC, NetWeaver, BW4/HANA, BTP, Cloud Connector, Fiori/Gateway (Embedded and Distributed), Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects Platform (Business Intelligence and Data Services), Lumira Platform, SLT.
*
Proficient in HANA Database administration. This includes but is not limited to administration via HANA studio and operating system interfaces, implementation of HA/DR replication, execution of failover procedures (with Pacemaker proficiency), utilization of HANA cockpit, backup administration, among other responsibilities.
*
Experience working with SaaS solutions such as SAC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur is an asset.
*
Ability to drive the client to make difficult decisions during transformation programs, navigate complex business problems, and translate to SAP functional requirements.
*
Strong understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.
*
Experience in Implementations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode conversions.

Experience and knowledge of additional database technologies such as Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MySQL, etc.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
